Me and my family loved staying at this house! It was plenty of space and had a ton of rooms. Our favorite part about the home was the game room upstairs. We had ping pong tournaments every night lol! Definitely will be staying here again in the future. Russell was also very easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

This home was the perfect size for our large family gathering. It was unfortunate that from the get go Beach Box repeatedly harassed me about the size of our group and then changed the listing, reducing the number of allowable people. The home was dirty upon arrival - with heavy dust on kitchen cabinets from air vents, to bandaids on the walls from previous visitors (hanging things), to dirt and grime in bathroom floors and door frames. Several individuals in our party found hair and dirt on the sheets. The water pressure in all bathroom sinks was extremely low and the upstairs sink was clogged. When BB was contacted about the pack but r washcloths a d notified about the clogged sink their response was to send someone to the store to buy a package it the cheapest washcloths available, which were dropped off unwashed. The upstairs a/c did not cool - it never got below 73, making for a stuffy night for everyone sleeping upstairs. There was also a broken bed downstairs, propped up be boards. For the price we paid, there is no excuse that these repairs are not completed. The most disturbing and DANGEROUS thing in the home was the rickety dining room chairs. As I was scooting my chair forward, my chair not only pinched my finger but tore a chunk out, causing a serious injury that was only managed because of a nurse in our party. My son-in-law tightened every single chair to ensure no other injuries occurred. We have photos to back up each and every issue noted.

House was very dirty, we found a lot of hair and dog hair all over the place. Some sheets were not changed and some others were piled next to the washer. Towels in washer and dryer. Bathroom sinks were not cleaned. Floor was sticky. We contacted owner as soon as we got there. He responded fast and sent housekeeping to clean house. The upstairs sliding door that led to the balcony would not open and one king bed (not master bed) was broken. House is ok but it needs some attention and a good cleaning.

*After removing the bed covers, my wife and I observed a fake eye lash at the base of the bed. *After removing the covers, I noticed the mattress was extermly stained. Which is disgusting. The home is beautiful and spacious, the AC works great and the refrigerator held enough food for my entire family. I understand that mutiple people use this home? But cleanliness is very important.

The house for good for a last minute getaway.

The house was good for what it was, we had a good time!

I was pretty disappointed with what we got versus is actually listed. The photos on this listing of this house are deceiving. Unfortunately upon arriving we discovered the patio door upstairs was broken and did not lock. I tried calling to explain our findings and safety concerns but the person was on another call and never called back. They did communicate through text but never fully addressed the safety issue. Maintenance did come out on Monday evening and they did tell us the door was broken and needed to be fully replaced. We did not get to use the upstairs balcony throughout our stay. The outside lighting was out up there and was supposed to be fixed the next day but they never returned. The outside has no white rock, its all weeds and trash from previous guests. The fire pit had some weeds coming up from under the chairs and looked unkept. Theres a large rug just thrown in the yard. The floor inside in some areas upstairs are sunken in and the ping pong table net is broken but thrown there. The bedding had stains throughout some of the beds. The dryer door that happened to be a previous issue was never addressed and we had to call in to figure out how to get it to work. The stove top and oven were disgusting. We had to deep clean some areas after arriving. We didnt use top bunks either due to ladder access because of how they were turned.If we knew the property was not as shown we would not have booked. The internet was great & the house stayed cool.

Everything was good! House was clean, all amenities provided, and Russell was easy to communicate with.
