The house was wonderful and we would definitely rent again. The master bedroom was well appointed with a jacuzzi tub and king size bed. The backyard was private and very relaxing. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my disabled mom.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the number of bedrooms actually available (there are 4) but communication with the owner was quick and courteous and everything worked out just fine. Great house in a great location! Everything was clean and lovely.

The house is located in a nice area and is large. The best part was the pool, which is perfect for volleyball. The kitchen/family tv room was on the smaller side. We found a scorpion in kitchen sink on first day which made it a little uneasy the rest of the weekend. Plenty of rooms with good size but other than the master bedroom, all the other beds were rock hard. Also for some reason the kitchen trashcan was in the garage and smelled incredibly bad. We had to spay it out. And door handles kept falling off. You'd try opening it and the handle would come off in your hand. The back yard is nice, no one behind house which is a plus but wasn't cleaned before we got there. The patio was dirty, and webs were all over. We had to spray it down. And there were somebody's shorts and undies left on back patio. Not good. Stuff was spread out all over the side grass in back yard. Don't know if it was left that way or maybe a storm blew it all over. Master bathroom is really nice but the tub doesn't get hot water. Also, fridge and it's freezer didn't seem to work that well. All frozen items melted and got soft. The pool saved the weekend. Not that its spectacular in any way but it was what we wanted. And air conditioning worked well. We're easy going people so we'll say it was good as in good enough. I would assume most wouldn't rate it as high.

This home was exactly as advertised. Accommodated a large group and provided everything that we needed and more. I highly recommend this beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

BEWARE, No heated pool and no option to heat pool! This was NOT listed in description at the time when we booked this VRBO. Had it been stated in the description that the pool is not usable in march, we would have absolutely picked a different house. We rented this home in March, coming from Midwest/cold weather, we fully expected a heated pool and/or option to heat pool. We rented this house for 10 days, huge disappointment that we had no usable pool. We tried working something out with the host where we would pay for the time we were there and any cleaning fees but we would have liked to look for another home with a usable pool but we were basically told “too bad” so we spent our family vacation with our kids with no usable pool. This host is inexperienced and does NOT know how to treat customers, only cares about his own self, had zero care in the world that this was devastating to us and our kids . Outdoor water feature shown in photos was not working and host had also no care in the world with regards to this, we wanted to use the fireplace in the home but host would not reply as to how we can use this amenity. Toilet also was not working/flushing properly, no reply from host. Dishwasher was not working when we arrived and this was the ONLY thing the host helped with. Also, there are only 2 steak knives in this house so if you plan on cooking anything that requires utensils other than chop sticks, better bring your own. House was listed as having coffee pot, only thing we found was a keurig, so we went and bought a coffee pot, only to later find a dusty coffee pot in the garage cupboard…? Screen door going to back yard is basically shredded on one side, many patio cushions are either ripped or stained, there was hardly any cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves while we were there. Swiffer mop available, when we looked for the pads, there were 2 left in the package……2! No vacuums to clean the area rugs. Overall cleanliness and upkeep of this house is not at all reflected in the price tag. Fake houseplants in the home are dusty, cobwebs in the master bathroom ceiling, dirty baseboards around the house, master bedroom got sooooo hot during the day, and this was in march! Master bed patio sliding door let so much heat inside (when closed) A lot of airplane traffic overhead during the day. I never leave bad reviews but for this price, people need to be aware! Photos are too good.
