Came in for the weekend with my uncle and brother. It was a very easy process. House was kept in great shape and so was the yard. The driveway was a little tricky to find the entrance but once we figured it out it was easy. I would totally stay here again.

We were there for the NASCAR race and this cabin was just perfect. Deer in the yard everyday and lightning bugs at night.

Communications with the owner before our stay were great. The property is exactly as described in the listing. The cabin was wonderfully clean upon our arrival. The location is very secluded and we enjoyed seeing the deer on a daily basis. Both beds were very comfortable. The only downside is that the property is located at the end of a 0.5 mile asphalt private road that is in need of repair. The driveway and parking for the cabin is very nice and spacious with a gravel covering.

This property was just at listed. It was far off the road and very peaceful. We had a couple of questions and the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!
Enjoyed the deer we could see each morning from the front porch.

Absolutely fantastic place! Beautiful cabin in a peaceful setting yet close to everything. Owner very responsive and made it a great experience. We will be back.

Only problem was our gps didn’t tell us to go up the road another 500 feet! Lol.

Perfectly located for fly fisherman interested in pursuing trout on the famed South Holston and Watauga rivers. House was clean and well appointed and location was quiet. Hope to be able to stay again someday soon!

If you want to fish the South Holston River, this location is very convenient. The cabin itself is newer and nice. The kitchen could be better supplied with cookware. The driveway is nearly a half mile long and in very poor condition, which made trailering in a boat an adventure. Overall, I would and probably will stay there again. The view from the front porch is excellent.
