This property is amazing from the host being so attentive, location, cleanliness and overall great. Larry was a great host. Property was exactly as it shows in the pictures, great amenities and clean. We had a great time and we cant wait to come back.

The property was exactly as described. Security is on point. The second day we were there my husband lost his wedding ring in the pool we let security know, and the next day they found my husband’s ring! The pool was fantastic and the beach was wonderful. Larry provided everything we needed for a stay chairs cooler even cooking appliances, extra beach towels, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Apartment in Isla Verde was perfect for my wife and grown son. Located on beach which was perfect for early morning and evening strolls. Also very convenient to Old San Juan and other locations. Except for one day's rental, we simply Ubered our way around. Extremely convenient. Daytime while we were there was very hot. But air conditioning and all appliances perfect relief. We had one question while we were there, and Larry was quick to respond. All in all, a great location, apartment, and host. Note: there is some repair going on around the apartment building, but did not impact us at all. Would stay here again for sure.

The property had everything we needed(beach chairs, cooler, shampoo, even ear plugs). It was the perfect location. Quick to get wherever and a lot within walking distance! Larry was very responsive and very accommodating to our arrival and departure times! Traffic can be a bit noisy on the weekend nights but nothing that we couldn’t deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back for sure.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The beach/pool combo was great for our smaller kids who enjoyed the beach but weren't yet ready to swim in the surf. The apartment itself was nicely done and had everything we needed; I particularly appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and loaner beach gear on hand. Check in was easy and Larry was really helpful in letting us have a late checkout. The only downside was the remarkably loud music on Fri/Sat/Sun nights blasting from cars passing by--it was only for a few seconds at a time, but enough to wake us. That said, the apartment was exactly what we needed and we would gladly stay there again anyway.

This place was great for my family. The three of us really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 15th floor makes for great views. Having the beach as your backyard was truly amazing. Everything was very accessible to us within walking distance. Dedicated parking space was very convenient and located where we could see it from our condo. We had a great time. Thanks again.

Check in was so easy. Unit was spotless and well appointed for all of our needs. Bathroom was great. Had a wonderful time!

Larry has everything towels, dishes, glasses beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the shower the water is not as hot as I would like it.

Our stay at Larry’s apartment was a great base for our vacation. Being on the beach was great for days we didn’t explore. The accommodations were comfortable and the extras (beach chairs, cooler, speaker, etc) were a welcome addition.

We stayed at this property over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The check in process was a breeze. The owner has easy instructions and information for the apartment and building. It is a quick elevator ride and you are steps from the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella were a very nice bonus for perfect days on the beach. I highly recommend this property!

This was our first trip to PR and this property was in the perfect location! You can walk to everything you need access to such as the supermarket, plenty of places to eat. The property comes with a parking spot. Although a car is not needed, we rented one so that we could drive to Old San Juan and visit other parts of PR. The beach was gorgeous! Never packed except for 4th of July. Residents of PR celebrate the 4th by going to the beach! No fireworks! One thing I would mention is that since this property faces the street side and not the beach side, you will hear music into the wee early morning hours. Most of the restaurants are 24/7 and so night time is when they pump up the music. It is so loud that if feels like the windows are open in the apartment when they actually are closed tight. This is a beach strip with alot of night time activity going on. The good thing is we are late nighters, so when we did lay our heads, we were so tired that we feel right asleep despite the loud music outside. Otherwise, the apartment itself was great, clean and Larry was very responsive to every question we had immediately. He is a great host. If you can overlook the loud music playing, then this property is one you want to rent for your stay in PR!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Larry was also thorough and attentove and gave amazinf instructions. He responded to any concerns we had in a timely manner. The property was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed..including beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Easy access to the beach. Therl washer and dryer was also a plus. Would definitely stay again if I visited Isla Verde.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the noise.

My spouse and I rented this two bedroom, one bath condo for the month of February, 2022. Our host, Larry, was dependable, and readily available, whenever we had questions or concerns. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and had an unusual amount of storage space, so everything was organized, which made it clutter free, making you feel more at home. It is generously stocked with cleaning, paper supplies, and toiletries. A car rental is unnecessary, since Walgreens, CVS, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance. The condo is on the beach with restaurants, and food vendors available, so if you desire total relaxation, you can remain in your bathing suit the entire day! The building is clean and very quiet. If you have questions or concerns, besides Larry, the front desk is willing to help out, especially Rafael. The condo faces the city side, and can be quite noisy in the evening, however Larry aims to please, and is having sound proof windows installed. The balcony is a great spot to relax, and meditate in the early morning, with a view of mountains and water, but also people watch, and experience the excitement of the city in the evening. We are looking forward to returning to sunny friendly PR in the very near future. Experience the culture and the people, and you will have many amazing memories! TY, Jennifer and Larry ❣️

Our stay was perfect. The location is close to the airport and right on the beach. You are in walking distance to several restaurants and casinos. The check in process was simple and the condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend staying here.

When my friends and I first arrived to the property, we were amazed. The apartment was not only spacious and the perfect size for a small group, it was also extremely clean. The location of the apartment was super convenient (everything was walking distance or a short uber ride away), and the accessibility to the beach was a HUGE plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and I must say that we could not have picked a better apartment to stay at. 5 STARS!!!
