Would recommend this property. We did have a hiccup during our stay that was taken care of promptly. It’s in a more industrial area. Overall was a great time, accurate photos. Would stay here again.

Our recent stay at this immaculate and well-appointed unit exceeded all expectations!
The rental has one bedroom and one full bath, featuring a king bed for a luxurious night's sleep.
One of the standout features of this unit is its proximity to key attractions. Being just steps away from the Nashville baseball stadium, and within walking distance to downtown, the Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers Market, Greenways, Downtown honky-tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
For those who prefer ride-sharing, Uber and Lyft rides are easily accessible, offering a hassle-free way to get around. If you have a car, the availability of covered parking directly in front the unit was a definite plus. There was also plenty of parking which was very nice!
We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to experience the best of Nashville. It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a convenient location. Our stay was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning!

This is a great unit for someone that wants to enjoy a vacation in Nashville. We were close to everything we wanted to do and close enough to eat out or have food delivered. Plenty of parking under cover which was extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.

This property was both cozy and beautiful. I brought my wife here to celebrate her birthday for the weekend, this property is located in a nice private part of nashville with a view of the cumberland river. If you're looking for a nice cozy rental then this is definitely the place for you. Enjoy!! We look forward to visting again in the future.

Condo was what we expected from the pictures. It was well taken care of and clean except for the little balcony. A little cleaning there and more comfortable chairs would make it more pleasant.

It was clean, light and airy. Just what we had expected. We cooked breakfast and one dinner. Just needed some counter surface cleaner so I could clean up my mess better. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on our honeymoon for the first trip to Nashville. Perfect location between downtown and Germantown! There are scooters or Ubers to rent of course. The apartment had everything expected and more! Really enjoyed our stay!

Overall we were very happy with this property. The decor and view of the river were perfect, but I wish the patio would have been cleaned off before we got there(dirt and spiderwebs all over). We were able to walk everywhere which was nice but it was a little sketching at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Short stop In Nashville after family wedding in NC. Rebecca was very attentive to our questions about where to go and what to do while in town. Perfect size condo for the three of us. Well maintained and very clean.

Rebecca was amazing. We got the the VRBO and the cleaners had not been there yet. She responded immediately and took care of the problem asap. Everything was wonderful. Only downfall I would say is the Keurig, it doesn't seem ti work icreectky or maybe because there were no onstrictions. I prefer a real coffee maker and should consider having both. Otherwise it was quiet, comfortable and a great time.

From the decor, to the amenities, to the information about area attractions, Rebecca paid the most attention to detail I have ever experienced! Aside from the usual stock items you would expect to find, There were city maps, attraction brochures, water, snacks, dishwasher detergent, a universal charger, laundry detergent, makeup remover wipes - I’m sure I’m forgetting something. The kitchen was even fully stocked, including a blender, toaster, mixer - you get the point. The unit was thoughtfully decorated and spotless, very comfortable for me, my partner and our 2 dogs. The area was just removed enough from the strip that it was quiet enough for our dogs but close enough that we could take a $7 Uber ride or even walk if we wanted. Rebecca was easy to contact and very responsive/helpful. She was even understanding and easy to work with when one of my pups had a little accident which called for some extra maintenance. I would absolutely choose Rebecca as a host anytime!

The perfect place for enjoying a few days in Nashville. So close to all the excitement of downtown, but just far enough away to have a little peace and quiet in the evenings. The condo was immaculate and so inviting. Many thanks to Rebecca for her great communication and sharing her lovely condo!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any property. The condo’s location is excellent and close to everything downtown. We walked everywhere and loved that we could get back for a quick rest when needed. The condo was comfortable and very cool for the hot summer days. The balcony was so awesome for relaxing while taking a break. Loved the river views and small critters. We had all the comforts of home, and that is such a plus while you are on vacation. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely. Parking was awesome and free. This is definitely the way to Nashville.

Great location to Downtown Broadway and Germantown area. Condo was perfect for the hubby and I. We enjoyed the pool one morning and the balcony for our morning coffees and quick wind downs in the evening.
I did find myself in need of a bandage one day, so I might suggest adding a first aid kit to the condo amenities. Enjoyable stay and Rebecca was extremely informative and had great suggestions for nearby eats and activities!

We love staying at the Riverfront but our first time in the particular unit and it did not disappoint! Rebecca took great care of us and the unit s very nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could want. The complex is very safe and an easy walk to Broadway or Germantown. Will definitely be back!

We came into town from Atlanta and stayed in this location to be close to Nissan Stadium. Based on the map in this property description, it shows .5 mile to the stadium. Not hardly. More like 1.3 miles. Not a big deal, but the nighttime walk back is a bit far, hilly, and dark. The condo was super cute and exactly as pictured. Location is great - right on the river in what appears to be a revitalized industrial area, but be aware - this is a second floor unit with no elevator. Parking is great though, and right outside the stairs to the unit. Overall 5 stars, except for the inaccurate walking distance - which in this case was the main reason we selected this location. Otherwise, cute little condo with a very comfy bed!

Great condo close to Broadway and all the downtown action. Close enough to walk, but quiet and secluded along the riverfront. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Overall, nice little place to stay. Very easy to access and plenty of parking. One slight negative was the noise from the tenants directly above getting ready at 6am in the morning.

Everything was wonderful. Great location, close walk to Broadway. The ONLY thing that I can recommend is talking to the people on the top floor. The walls are extremely thin and they were up all hours of the night with hard feet. Hard to sleep. Otherwise I would definitely return!

The apartment was clean and as pictured in the listing. The building is a bit under construction but that didn’t impact the unit. The owner was very responsive to one issue with the lock.

My husband and I came down to Nashville for a concert. This place was the percect stay for a short getaway. It was close enough to everything, yet just far enough away to have peace and quiet. We loved riding the electric scooters around town! Rebecca's communication was incredible and was able to accommodate our needs.
