The property is as described and you can just walk to the local shops, restaurants and the beach. There’s only two things I will like to point out, they have the slowest Wi-fi ever and I wish they would of say at front you have to pay for parking. The description does not mention you have to pay around 15 U.S. dollars per day, I got the notice right before my check in, too late to look for another option. Overall the condo and the area are great!

Everything as described. The place is very comfortable and roomy! Cleaning service is a plus! Well equipped and with a nice terrace. The pool downstairs was great for the kids. Excellent choice would recommend and come back!

The condo was clean, fresh, and in a perfect location. The living room and master bedroom had a lovely view of the ocean and we got to enjoy both the sunrise and sunsets from there. We walked everywhere and got to explore with ease and proximity to everything. We loved it and would stay at Reef 302 again!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much . The place is safe and clean. The unit we stayed in was amazing ! Had everything we needed . The only thing was that the washer and dryer did not work . We hope it will be fixed by the time we return.

On vacation having to worry about fees if anything is missing or using the wrong towels for the pool or the shower. Washer not working and starting at random times of the night and dryer not drying. Great location and great place just not this specific room

Overall, we absolutely loved this place! Perfect location on the beach and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. We loved the pool and grounds and the patio/view. We had a few issues (mostly the lack of some basic condo supplies), all of which we brought to the attention of the property manager. Most were resolved but a few were ignored. When we first walked in to the condo with the bellman, there was a thick sanitizing fog throughout the condo that burned our eyes and throats. It took about 6 hours of leaving all windows and doors open, and the fans on, before the air was mostly cleared. The clothes dryer was very noisy and took two hours to dry one load, and left the load smelling like rotting seaweed. Speaking of seaweed, our beach was unswimmable due to the huge amount of seaweed. However, further down the beach to the right was better. Again, the condo and location and views were absolutely fantastic, and we'll definitely plan to stay again.

Great place to stay for proximity to everything in downtown , while also staying away from the noise. Right on the edge of everything you need - shopping, restaurants, etc. - but just far enough away to be quiet enough for a family vacation. Great ocean views. We are a family of 5, and we enjoyed the unit interior, the pool, and the grounds - and we could also get to all the restaurants and shopping in one block. The staff at the condo and at Rentals Your Way made the check-in process smooth and easy. Parking pass was provided, which was a HUGE help. Grounds are kept in perfect shape, and the pool is kept clean. Great space around the pool. Security constantly monitoring the grounds but never intrusive - always helpful. Our unit had a great view of the ocean and overlooking the pool. The unit was clean and in good shape. Anything we needed or requested (minor issues typical for any traveler) were answered quickly by El Faro staff, Rentals Your Way staff, or Caribbean Beach Properties - Roger with CBP, Karina with El Faro, and Noemi with RYW in particular were very helpful. One travel note - PLEASE research the sargassum / seaweed phenomenon, and the seasonal effects, to time your trip. It's a natural thing and has NOTHING to do with El Faro, but do your research to maximize your beach fun. HIGHLY recommend El Faro for a vacation stay.

Great location. The sargazo really sucked but not the units fault. Cant wait to go back during non sargazo season.

WIfe and I stayed here one week. We had a great time. Perfect location on the beach and security keeps the beach sellers off the property. One block from 5th Street with great restaurants. Only glitch was about one week before we left for Playa we got a message saying the apartment we had rented was not available due to an "electric problem". They switched us to another apartment on the property. That apartment was fine but not the one we had rented (different decor, no lounge chairs on the balcony, etc). Overall, a great value and location. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at el faro. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The accommodations were nice. It was a joy to have all the supplies we needed including a water cooler!

Condo and pool were great! Female working front was AMAZING, male not so much. Only complaint was the room smelled awful, so much mildew smell on linens and in room.

the condo unit was fabulous. Very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a beautiful view of the pool, beach, and ocean from the private balcony. Tons of security at the condominium and we always felt safe on the property. We will be returning.

We stayed at this property March 7 - 14th 2020- the week before the COVID-19 virus really hit the US. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location - near all the great restaurants and activities but no problems with noise. The staff was very pleasant. Little did we know how much we would really appreciate this vacation with family. I highly recommend this condo.

We have always stayed at all inclusives and decided to try the condo life on the beach. We were rookies and not sure what to expect. El Faro is a first class experience. From check in to check out absolutely more than we had hoped for. There were guards on around the clock both at the entrance and the beach side. The grounds are kept immaculately. Our guard during the day Belli was the sweetest and was always attentive when we needed a table or an umbrella. I hope he’s here next year. They keep the walk from the pool to the beach clean and if people don’t have their bracelet on, they move them on. So much fun to be able to only walk a block to 5th Ave and have dinner or shop. We did not have a bad meal anytime we ate out. We were nervous about having to walk to Walmart for groceries but it was a quick walk and had cabs available to get it all back to El Faro, then the staff had a groceries cart to help get to our condo. They keep the beach free of the sea weed and are out there cleaning it every morning. Roger was our contact and he was responsive and even gave a tour to see which unit we wanted for next year. If your looking to just relax and enjoy the ocean and/or the pool this is the place. Great people watching as the beach is a public beach. El Faro lines loungers next to the board walk for the guests. Just a fabulous stay and we’re already looking forward to next year. We stayed in Reef 203. It was beautiful with fantastic views. It had everything we needed and more. Our beds were comfortable and it was always very quiet at night. My sister and I travel alone but alway felt safe. Thank you for a fantastic vacation..

The unit is amazing, clean and the view can not be beat! The location is second to none as you are close to 5th. Avenue, on the beach and a short walk to the Pier!
