I was pleasantly surprised, the location was perfect for what I came to do. The apartment was exactly as shown, it was clean and well stocked with everything you would need to start your stay. I would be happy to stay there again!

Our little home was perfect for our one night stay in Miami. The check-in process was flawless and Carlos our host communicated very well. It was clean and well stocked with all the toiletries we needed.

I enjoyed my stay there. The place was nice and cozy.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. Lots to do in the area. Nice little patio for my dogs. There was an issue with one of the beds but Carlos came and fixed it right away. I will definitely stay here again!! Great experience!

I had an email issue and Carlos was available immediately to resolve our check in process. He made a point of telling us he would be near if we had any issues. We did not need him at all. Everything was easy and in good working order. Location was very close to great restaurants and stores. Even though we found the bars on neighbors’ windows daunting, we felt safe the whole time. Maybe that’s a Miami thing. Only comments would be the ceiling vent in bath was pretty dirty and we ran out of toilet paper. Also - girls might appreciate wash cloths and hand towels. Otherwise, very comfortable stay

We stayed here the night we flew in plus one more. It was pretty close to the airport so didn’t take us too long to get there. You do go through some questionable neighborhoods. The neighborhood was decent. A couple of streets up was a nice area with grocery store and other shops with some restaurants. The place itself was nice on the inside. Know that it is a duplex and walls are thin (wasn’t an issue). Beds were not bad - one very soft and the other more firm. No hot water…Lukewarm at best so for a long stay, that would not have worked for me. Host had great communication and was quick to respond.

This property was exactly as described. Carlos was a great host. He was readily available. Also, other guests have commented on the availability of hot water. Be prepared for cool showers. Other than that, it is a nice little property in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.

Every aspect from booking, to our stay, and communication was wonderful! Carlos responded to any questions within minutes. The place is super cute and spacious. In a good part of town. You could easily sleep 8 ppl if needed. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great, convenient location. House was clean and the private patio was nice. A few issues of attention would have made the stay perfect. We did not have hot water throughout the stay even after a quick attempt by the owner to fix. We bought food to fix, but couldn't because the oven didn't work. There were no washcloths to use, had to go out a buy some for the cold water showers and ants in the shower and kitchen. A little attention to detail will make this the perfect spot! Owner friendly and responsive.

I was coming to Miami for a surgical appointment and didn’t want to stay in a hotel for 10+ days. I found this listing and it seemed like the perfect place - and it was! It was close to my surgery center, shops, food, and to the beaches! We did lots of sightseeing and exploring before I was unable to leave the house. The way it’s set up was terrific for me - everything was close and I loved that the shower was low-entry. I would’ve liked a little more hot water, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. There were some ants, like other reviewers mentioned, but it was not an infestation or anything - nothing serious! Carlos was very quick to communicate with me the entire time we stayed. I would not hesitate to book here again.

We all loved this place. It has everything we need and more. Facilities, location, clean... Communication with property manager was also excellent and immediate. 100% recommended.

I loved the house, it was beautiful, everything was very clean, he had complimentary water and food for us, the neighborhood was so cute and peaceful I loved being out there, and the house looks just like it does in the listing. The host was also very accommodating and had a great personality and customer service, I was completely comfortable conversing with him. Me and my friends loved it, check in and out were super easy and I would definitely stay here again anytime!! I’m also really grateful because it was my first time using VRBO and I was deceptively. The only warning is the ants but they’re really not that big of a problem at all I barely noticed them.

Property was on a residential street, near shops in coral way. We were staying with our cat waiting out renovations. Internet was fine. House is good enough if you’re staying for a trip in Miami. Walls are a bit thin, which is common in these older homes.

This property had so many pro's to it! Water in the fridge upon arrival, extra towels and blankets. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever layed in my entire life the comforter was heavenly! Couch very comfortable with television channels, Netflix, and more available! The host was very helpful and always a message away. The location was prime 15-20 min to everything 30 min with traffic. Paper towels and toilet paper stocked, soap and conditioners it was amazing. Now to be transparent the only cons we had with the place is the water in the shower could be a little hotter but that is our opinion. There is also an ant problem. I killed about 5 ants in the bathroom a day and seen a few in the kitchen a day as well. Never on my food, in the bedroom, or the living room though which was good. I do recommend a bombing if possible to die them down a bit but If you can get past that for the quality and price I would definetely recommend! I will be booking this place again easily! Home away from home thanks again for having us Peace & Love. Rating 1-5 4.5/5!

We found Carlos's place a great place to stay. Everything was what he said and very clean. Definitely served its purpose for what myself and the other guests needed it for.
