Cute clean house; house across the street was a little questionable - however we did feel safe.
There was quick communication anytime we had a question; one of TV's didn't work & they were quick to replace it.
There was a $1500 deposit required - we've not experienced this large amount before.
It's been 10 days since we've checked out & it still hasn't been reimbursed.
Providing we receive all of the deposit back soon, we would stay there again.

John and Shannon's house was very homey, clean, had a great kitchen, and in a walking, quiet neighborhood (and close to The Oyster Bar). Yes, the house across the street is an eye-sore but you can ignore it.

We had pleasant one-week stay at this home in the Capital View section of Little Rock. It is easy and quick (< 30 min) to get to most places given the home’s central location and extensive highway system. The home was very clean and the owners were very easy to work with. The home is in a middle class neighborhood that seems to be undergoing gentrification. The house across the street is a bit of an eyesore but overall the neighborhood was quiet and seems safe.

We had the best time staying at this cozy home. The decor, comfort and attention to detail were perfect. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Entire property was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

My favorite part about this home was the large spaces and the natural light. There were plenty of clean and flat surfaces to place my travel items in the main rooms and in the bedrooms. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly.

This hiouse was perfect for our trip. My group was pleased with how nice the house was. The owner was very prompt with my questions and overall this place is amazing.

During our three-week stay at the property, we found it to be incredibly comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally pleasant and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns we had. The location of the neighborhood was conveniently close to all our needs. Moreover, the property provided us with everything we required and even exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities.

The house was really cute and comfortable, the only thing I would say about the check out process, is about having to turn on the washing machine for the towels, maybe it’s better to just leave the towels in the machine and not have to turn it on instead. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and John and Shannon are wonderful hosts! I hope to visit Little Rock, in the near future!

Remodeled house, nicely done on the inside with comfortable beds and all the amenities as advertised. Currently the only remodeled house in the neighborhood.

Felt like I was at home. Well decorated. Loved all the house plants and the small touches that made the house comfortable. Summer time rental would be awesome with all the trees in the neighborhood.

This house had everything we could want and more. I liked the back sun room. It was so bright and comfortable and a nice place to read a book. I would go back there again.

Easy access to everything you would want to visit in LR! House itself had everything we needed. Plenty of room for four adults. We did choose to use the couch as a sleeping option and it was comfortable. Easy keyless feature and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, it was a good experience!

Truthfully it is an amazing home with such amazing renovation, details, and scenery. However I felt like I could not walk throughout the home without direct view out a window. If the owner could add actual curtains that you can’t see through on all windows that would be amazing

Perfect for our family
This house is so cute, even better than it looks in pictures. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and everything was close by, 10 minutes or less.
We had zero issues while we were there, but the owners were great at communicating, and all instructions were very clear.
We appreciated the table that seats 6 people, the healthy plants in every room, and also the little extras that made our stay even better. Thank you!

It had everything I needed while cooking while away from home things that I brought with me I was able to keep packed. It smelled lovely as I walked in and the neighborhood is quite and the neighbors were friendly. The proximity to the freeway was awesome as well!

Cute & Cozy Home!
This house was perfect for me and my boyfriend. The interior is decorated quite nicely and has a real cozy feeling to it. It is also located conveniently next to the interstate which allows for easy and relatively fast travel! This place had everything we needed and more and the hosts were very communicative and friendly!
