Check in process was a bit more complex than we would have looked, but I believe that was required by the city. Everything else about the property was great.

Pictures actually didn't do this property justice. It was really nice. Each room was a master, new appliances, and everything you could need. Outside area was perfect for relaxing and fun time with the family. Some people may not like the openness of the backyard as it's open but we weren't bothered by it. Stayed at over 20 VRBO residences and this so far is our favorite.

This is perfect for families, couples, and more. Excellent views of mountains and green belt makes the backyard a nice place to chill out. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Kitchen, living room and dining room had open concept floor plan and overlooked the backyard and pool. This home is in a private gated community and the grounds are well kept. Two car garage with a Tesla charging station (ya!) allowed us to keep our car cool during the trip. The check in was a bit overwhelming but worth it! Home is ashirt drive away from downtown Palm Springs, in the opposite direction grocery stores and Starbucks, and easy freeway access. Our boys loved this home as much as we did. Looking forward to returning soon!

Property was very clean and is very well maintained. At the beginning I thought there were too many requirements and too many papers to sign, but the overall experience was very good. It is a very good property to stay on for a quiet weekend and the house is very well decorated and supplied with everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage in St Catharine’s. Directions from owner were perfect, easy to find. Kitchen is well equipped and coffee pot looks brand new. Bed is comfortable and shower is good. There’s a little lounge area outside with fire pit, just too cold to use while we were here. Owner is easy to contact if you need anything. Book inside cottage has detailed list of nearby wineries and restaurants. Loved this area and looking forward to coming back to stay in the cottage. Thanks Linda!
