We always search for the best home we can find for a restful weekend and this home was definitely it. It’s listed as spectacular, and it certainly is. Although there are plenty of places to go and many restaurants available in this beautiful area, we chose to stay in. The kitchen is well appointed and we weren’t wanting for anything-the home is very comfortable and well stocked. Many spots to sit together or to split up between the different living areas(inside and out) for conversations, watching games, etc. The beds slept so well, I’d love to know what mattress brands they were! The home and views cannot be beat. Like another review said-just go ahead and book it! The only negative for some-it’s curvy, but well worth it for the gorgeous home and views. You’re on one of the best mountains ever so it’s going to be steep and curvy. Last-thank you Tamara, for everything. You are indeed an awesome host.

The house is exactly as described in the VRBO listing! We had a great stay while introducing our kids to skiing at Beech Mountain. The host was responsive and helpful! 5 out of 5 Stars!

We had a fantastic time at Ash Cliff. The house was very comfortable, incredibly well stocked, clean and had unbelievable views! The owners were incredibly easy to work with and even let us stay an extra night due to a snow storm the night before we were supposed to leave. We will definitely be back! If you’re staying in the Beech Mtn area this house is perfect!

Ash Cliff turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. It was the ideal location to enjoy the fall leaf color season with its spectacular views of the Beech Mountain community and the surrounding mountainscapes, combined with the clean, comfortable and well-maintained environs of the home itself. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, as well as additional touches to enhance the experience – bathrobes, a sauna, a Keurig in the master bedroom, comfortable lounge chairs in the master bedroom to appreciate the astounding view through the panorama windows, a wonderful sunroom to enjoy breakfast with that view. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped, and everything worked as intended. The bed and pillows in the master seemed new and were very restful. The furniture in both the main living room and downstairs den was comfy and ample. The bathrooms were roomy and sparkling, with one even having its own private balcony. The smart TVs worked perfectly and the wi-fi was flawless and speedy during our entire visit. The wife was even able to do some remote work without a hitch. And when she wasn’t working, the pool table provided a welcome diversion. And to top it off, communication with the owner was prompt, courteous and satisfying. Of course, there was little to complain about. In fact, when the opportunity arose, we jumped at the chance to add a day to our visit. We would definitely consider staying here again.

AshCliff was everything we had hoped for. We came to town for a wedding and this home was a perfect refuge from the craziness of the weekend. Tamara was incredibly responsive! All questions were answered within minutes! Would love to come back again soon:)

Our party included two families with young children (the youngest is 5-months-old). Tons to do with the kids around the town and in the neighboring towns. From the second we walked into the front door until the sad moment we left, we loved our stay at AshCliff. The photos, as nice as they are, don't do the majestic view justice. This place was more then expected the pictures do not do it justice because the beauty of the views can not be captured in the pictures you must see it yourself! The house was amazing everything you need for a big group and more! Colton was very helpful and always readily available. We will definitely be going back and I can’t wait!

Look no further! This is a dream rental! Even the pictures cannot prepare you for that moment you walk toward the house, look through the door and finally get to experience all the spectacular views for yourself! They are breathtaking!!! The home, too, is amazing! The pictures well represent it, but still can't fully do it justice. It is clean, extremely comfortable, fully equipped, creatively designed, well-appointed, and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. So much more awaits you here than pictures can reveal, including a few special surprise touches. The owner has spared little. And is a pleasure to work with. We have enjoyed Beech Mountain several times through the years, but this was the best! If this is an option for you, hesitate no longer … just do it! We are so delighted we did!
