Great location , nice house for our family of 14,
Beach 20 yards out the back door, pool in back yard for evening hangouts for the teens, tv in each room and walkable restaurant. Short drive for retail shopping and other attractions

Three families: 6 adults, 5 children included grandparents, son & daughter's families ranging in age from 2 to 11. Wonderful time. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes & utensils. Enough room for everyone, very well laid out. What you see is what you get - very nice! Owners gave heads-up on one lighting issue and it was addressed immediately. They are Great communicators. A week before our arrival they sent email with links to local activities - reinforced our planned activities and allowed us to reserve one activity in advance. Overall a great experience. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

I would rent this again. We had one minor issue and Alex sent the handyman to fix it within a few hours. The property is welll maintained. The kitchen is the best stocked rental kitchen I have ever had. The view is amazing. There are tons of pool toys. They let you crank down the AC unlike some owners that lock you on on high heat.

The location of the property was great! The property overall was great. The owner was great when an issue arose with our shared pool. The amount of kitchen supplies was outstanding! The grill was put to good use. The bedrooms were nice. My family really enjoyed our vacation.

My family arrived at BlueParrot #8 finding a vacation home perfect for all of our needs. Kitchen was well equipped & 1st floor bedroom& full bath was much appreciated for grandparents. The view was lovely & We loved the area, having mostly families as well as convenience store within short walking distance, as well as ice cream. The pool shared by the duplex neighbors was heated & perfect for option when beach was off limits because of rip current. Alex was available and met our needs when we reported small maintenance issues. We would definitely choose this place again, as the location, view, and layout of the space was perfect for our family of 10.

The place was exactly like the description. It was spacious even with 8 adults and 5 kids. The view of the ocean was amazing. Would definitely stay here again

My family of 16 fit comfortably in the property. It was clean, well equipped and great location! We enjoyed the beach front and kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. Went ghost crab hunting and kids loved it!

This was a great place to stay it was clean and the property owners made the process very smooth from booking through checkout!! It was very accommodating for all ages at the house and on the beach!! We will definitely be recommending this place to others and coming back!!
