A group of 5 flew in to see a baseball game and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a great neighborhood and central to everything that we had planned to do. The park across the street was an added bonus for our 5 year old! Place was very clean and Kevin was great to work with. He checked on us regularly and was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We stayed for almost a week and really enjoyed our time there! Location was great, easy access to shopping and public transportation. The apartment was clean and the updates were very nice! Kevin was great at responding to any questions we had. Something that matters to us is having closet space to hang items and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. Definitely recommend this rental!

The neighborhood was better than I imagined. Right across from a nice park with lots of community activity, the neighborhood was walkable with stores. coffee shops and restaurants perfectly located. Kevin is a great host that is very communicative. House was spacious enough for our family of 4 and we felt comfortable staying there!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood, the park across the street and Brew Brew coffee shop on the corner. The bus stop is very convenient and we walked or took the bus to Logan Square every day. The L Blue Line is at Logan Square, which we also used throughout our stay. Logan Square is a nice spot with shops and restaurants and a super Farmers Market. The communication with Kevin was excellent and he quickly addressed any questions or requests.

The owner answered our questions & concerns in a timely & considerate manor!! Everything was self explanatory! The only questions, we had was getting, the right internet password & when do we take out trash, the rest was completely transparent & I would like to thank the owner for that!!
