We had a great time in the RV! Kim found us a fantastic camping site right at the beach and walking distance from downtown and we all enjoyed our stay.

My son and I had the BEST time on our trip to Avila Beach!! Kim was great to work with and answered all my questions throughout our stay (I had quite a few because I had never camped in an RV before). She also had detailed instructions and had everything ready for us when we got there. Beautiful RV and campsite. The view was just stunning!! We will definitely be doing this again in the future!!

Very clean, great linens, newer and well stocked.
Host is great too with an immediate response as we ran out of hot water. Her texts are precise and right away we had hot water again. Super easy!
Our only regret, we should have stayed longer! Two nights was not enough.

Only way to camp!
If you like camping but hate all the hassle with set up and tear down, you will love this! Kim made the reservation for the campsite, set EVERYTHING up, and then broke it all back down after we left. We literally rolled up to find the camp chairs set up around the fire pit, the propane campfire ready to go, the propane grill ready for cooking, lanterns, toys...nothing left out. She got us a sweet spot walking distance from the beach and town. The RV was very clean, well stocked with paper products, towels, soap, etc. All you need to bring is food and your clothing. The owner was very responsive. I can't recommend the place enough!

The trailer was more than we expected and very clean and organized. This was our first time staying in a trailer and had so much fun. The outdoor set up was great. The kids enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the games.

Then headed in to stereo music, huge TV, and lights-camera-action! Very clean and everything we needed to sit back and enjoy our weekend was provided. Owners were emailing us with all the instructions needed before we arrived. Comfortable master bed and seating. Our dog was in heaven with all the places to walk and meet other fur balls. Throw the ocean right next to us and we started planning our return…We had intended to walk one night over to Pismo Fish and Chips but were enjoying the campsite too much. Pure relaxation.

Beautiful trailer
We arrived and everything was set up for us. The trailer was beautiful and very clean. There was a propane BBQ and a propane firepit which we really enjoyed. Short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of our time. Trailer was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. Kim was very responsive and great with information about the trailer.
