Had a nice trip! House was clean and in good shape. Living room / kitchen area was large and comfortable for our large group to hang out in. Owners were quick to respond when we had any questions! Hot tub was a plus.

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed a comfortable stay at this house. Easy check in and close to the Catskills and Olana.

We stayed here for a week at Hits in Saugerties. It was our first time staying on this side of the river. The location took a little coordination given we had to cross the bridge every day. However, the house and little town of Tivoli made it worthwhile! The common areas of the house were wonderful and the bedrooms were quite. Everything worked and was in good shape. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was responsive to all questions about the listing and the area in advance of our stay. The pictures on the vrbo website are accurate. The house is clean and spacious with four bedrooms, a small raised deck with grill and table/chairs off the back of second floor of the house, and a larger covered patio with a hot tub behind the house on the ground floor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. and a nice large refrigerator/freezer to hold all your perishable food. The neighborhood is relatively rural. Although the neighbors' homes are visible, they are at a distance and this is a quiet setting. The house also has a large backyard that backs up to a wooded area, so the back deck is pretty private. My only concern about the listing is that it states that it sleeps 11, but in March 2022 we found only 4 beds. Perhaps the owner is planning on adding more beds. We didn't raise this issue during our stay, so maybe the owner had an immediate solution that would have worked for us. Bottom line, if you have a large group, clarify the sleeping situation ahead of time.
