We have been visiting this place for years and once again, we had a wonderful stay. The digital check-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

Nice property. Very clean. Overall enjoyable stay. Easy reservation, check in and check out through text/email. A few negatives (based on our stays at other properties in Destin where these were not issues) - Wifi would not stay connected. Managers made effort to contact provider but couldn’t get it fixed. Required parking pass had to be purchased, which was stated up front, but I would have rather this been included in cost. Beach chairs and umbrella-additional cost. Many guests brought their own and set up right in front of rented ones. Parking lot had owners parking spaces up front by condo and guests farther away. Owners and guests would not be there at the same time so this was annoying and left a lot of empty owner spots while the guests parked farther away. Last pet peeve-had to wear wristband that couldn’t be taken on and off for access to pool. Most guests didn’t wear them that we saw.

Beautiful Beachfront Property
The condo was spacious, well-appointed, beautiful with gorgeous views, wonderful & great beach access.
Communication with managers was excellent.
Only drawback was lack of eateries in close walking proximity.

Loved our stay the only thing negative I can say is they need more towels in the unit and the handle on the master shower needs to be replaced. Very hard to turn on but hey who needs baths when you are at the beach!! Lol loved the unit overall

The unit was not clean. Floors dirty. Artificial plants and bedroom remotes very dusty. Needs upgrades. Presents a lot better online than in reality. Sofa was dirty and the bar chairs had leather worn off. Area rug in living room was very nasty and need shampooed. The pillows on beds was worn out(flat) extra pillows in closet was stained with yellow substance. I will not stay in this unit or will I recommend it to anyone. I felt very uncomfortable in the condo do to uncleanliness. Also A/C unit very noisy

This is our first time staying in Orange Beach and the Phoenix East II. Our property manager went above and beyond to help us out, even an early check in! The condo had amazing views. My favorite part was watching boats coming and going while having my morning coffee. We also saw dolphins everyday! It was close to stores, restaurants, and attractions . We will definitely be returning :)

End of Summer Getaway
This is our first time staying in Orange Beach and the Phoenix East II. Our property manager went above and beyond to help us out, even an early check in! The condo had amazing views. My favorite part was watching boats coming and going while having my morning coffee. We also saw dolphins everyday! It was close to stores, restaurants, and attractions . We will definitely be returning :)

Renting this property were great! The only problem that I had is we found a dirty diaper under the bed in the master bedroom., and the mattress on all the bed was uncomfortable

Wish we had more time at this property. It is ideally located on the beach, with great views from the balcony and a short walk to the surf. Loved the lighted walkout for night walks. Inside, the property has everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving vacation

Wonderful Stay in Orange Beach
Even though the weather wasn't ideal, our family had one of the best yearly beach vacations we've had. The condo was clean, excellent location, great floor plan and Amanda was professional and attentive. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, grills and gazebos. Sitting out on the balcony watching the boats come in and out of the channel was relaxing. Shade at the outdoor pool was a plus. Highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality.

So good, like staying at "Mama's house"!!
This unit was so warm and inviting. The previous reviews that noted a concern were fixed when we rented this unit! If I wasn't as prepared of a planner and packed for all our needs, this unit had. I had the priviledge of speaking with the owner prior to the booking which was wonderful. She provided all the questions I had. Amanda, the property manager was timely on providing all the details to the stay. If you are lucky enough to rent this unit with your family, do it!!!

There was not enough patio seating for 8 guest. People are drawn to the water/beach; adequate seating for everyone to gather and enjoy the beautiful site would be great.

Awesome View and Excellent Condo!
This place was awesome, right on the Beach, Jetti if you are a fisherman and restaurants for evening dinner. The Property Manager, Amanda was Outstanding. Love the easy access and not hassle check-in with the Key Code provided on arrival. Just a great Condo and exactly as advertised. We will be returning soon!

The location was nice. Our overall stay was nice. There are just a couple things that need addressed. Condo needs a little updating as things are getting older. Wash machine and dryer are very noisy and older. Fridge needs updated as it took all night to get cold, had to turn up all the way to keep cold. We usually stay at Phoenix 9 and maybe are spoiled. again it was OK but need to advertise what your sellng correctly. Also the entrance of our condo needs a little addressing as door need painted and walls cleaned up. Beds were OK but the Master needs new mattres as it is very hard. I will make sure to ask more detailed questions next time before renting. We were with another couple in building next to us and they had exact same layout of our condo and was very nicely decorated.
