Could've easily been a 5 star BUT, needs some attention.! The location & proximity to the boardwalk & beach were a 5 star for sure (lots of road & people noise but that kinda goes with the vibe). It WAS clean & that is dedinitely a plus, the layout of the house was nice and the beds were comfy but, the quality of the couch & coffee table quality were low. We kept slipping through the cracks of the couch and the coffee table was wobbly - felt like they were ready to break any minute. The worst inconvenience was that the WiFi WAS UNRELIABLE! Connectivity was intermittent at best, we continually lost connection, never connected to our phones. The Mgmt Co. did respond to our texts but, never fixed the problem. They said they'd have the internet co. come and check - never did. They kept saying....reset router... we did - 20 times to no avail. VERY FRUSTRATING! Please fix the Wifi! Another big aggravation was the lack of toiletries. Ran out of paper towels, zero cleaning products for daily upkeep/cleanliness, all 3 bathrooms ran out of toilet paper, all 3 ran out of shampoo & conditioner - were provided the tiniest bottles known to mankind. All 3 ran out of bar soap, once again, the tiniest bar of soap I've ever seen in my life (kinda cute but, not practical). The washing machine was a great amenity but, it was old & moldy and they provided no laundry detergent. Sometimes its the small things that make big difference - good or bad! A few updates and it'd be amazing!

Perfect location! Within walking distance of everything: beach, lots of food options and shopping. Home was well stocked with towels, linens, and beach supplies. Some funky things going on with the house, clicky fans and a weird fridge but otherwise manageable and overall an enjoyable and relaxing visit. We will visit again!

We paid over $4000 to rent this home, someone parked in the reserved spot advertised for the home forcing us to use paid parking, the cleanliness was terrible and there is construction occurring in another unit in the home where the construction busted a water line causing us not to have water for a full day. Vacasa offered just $200 for all of the issues causing us to get our bank and legal involved. Their customer service is horrific and did nothing to fix the actual issues!

We had the best time! The house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable and cheery. The location was super fun! Can't wait to stay again!

The location of this home is great. Beautiful views of the beach. However, it’s NOT clean, totally outdated, and multiple appliances don’t work. There’s also a lot of construction noise, so don’t expect to sleep in or nap while on vacation. Definitely lower your expectations, especially for the high rental price of this unit.

I love this home, but Vacasa services was so bad, it was almost comical. The WIFI was down when we arrived. Over the next 4 days, we exchanged 20+ texts and 3 phone calls on which I was kept on hold while the Vacasa host reached out fruitlessly to the "local team." My party started playing "Hospitality BS Bingo." We were showered with "deepest apologies" "sincerest apologies" and repeat promises that the "local team" had been alerted and would contact us "promptly." At one point, the Vacasa team told us the manager was across the street and would be there in the next 60 minutes. We waited, but no manager arrived. We never had the WIFI restored. I requested a partial refund. This request was completely ignored. Vacasa did take the time to remind me thrice that I must check out by 10 am, though, so they were paying attention to what mattered to them. I hope the owners find better management. This home is spectacular- clearly loved and pampered. My annoyance was as much about missing WIFI (I had a bit of work to do) as the dishonest and disrespectful treatment by the Vacasa team. if they had informed me the WIFI could not be restored, I would have moved on, but they kept promising action without delivering. I have rented over 50 homes through various services. None was as bad as this one.

While we understand there is no air conditioning, everything did say there were ceiling fans in each room. There are no wall switches to turn them on. After searching we did find four remotes – two without batteries. We were only able to get one working which was the living room which but did not offer much breeze and made a loud banging noise. We did call and were told someone would return our call but it was after hours. Nobody returned our call. Since many windows do not have screens, you couldn’t open enough to get a cross breeze making sleeping very uncomfortable. The floors look clean when you enter however, as one of us put our feet up the others noticed they were literally black from dirty floors. Previous reviews, brought this to your attention before. Our plans were to cook for the week. That also lost its appeal when the freezer was filled with ice that had formed on the sides and the inside of the refrigerator soaked the contents of our food and had puddles on the bottom of the shelves as well as puddles on the floor in front of the unit that we constantly cleaned up. Doorknob in first bedroom came off in our hands. Lighting – seems odd there is no light in the last bedroom toilet/shower area. Outlet plugs that are blocked inside and not useable. Noise – says quiet time hours but between the workshop in the back of the house and noise upstairs that sounded like construction and furniture moving at all hours it did not seem that is honored or monitored. By the second call, we reiterated we had called before and nobody contacted us and were again told someone would call within two hours. Five-six hours later we finally had someone just randomly arrive – thankfully, one of our group members had returned from the beach for a few minutes. While he was very nice but: Was fixed two remotes with special batteries. Had no idea what to do with the fan in the last bedroom – could not find a remote any way to turn it on. Said the refrigerator was a commercial one and someone would have to come service it. Before submitting this review we sent it to Vacasa and we were texted a week later by Andrew the local manager for Vacasa in Orange County. He hadn’t seen the review and was looking into it. A week later after no response we responded that obviously our concerns don't warrant a response and we would like some refund.

Great location. Very nice set up. It was clean & very nice inside. Lots of shelves & storage that was set up in a useful & creative way. The kitchen is so well stocked if you want to stay in, make dinner & enjoy the sunset right outside of the kitchen/family room. It’s great! It’s location right on the boardwalk wasn’t loud at all. The company the rental property is set up with are very helpful. The place provides one parking space that is very convenient. Also provided beach towels & beach chairs & boards which was very nice. I would highly recommend this place & plan to come back in the future.

We stayed a week at the end of July 2022. Best location if you want to be at the center of the action! The house looks just like the photos on the listing! I gave a 4 star and not a 5 because of 3 reasons: 1 - Floors look clean but are so dirty that we could not want around in bare feet unless we wanted our feet to be black and dirty! 2- No Screens on the windows! It is 85 in the day and 72 at night. No A/C so you need to leave windows open but then we were getting bugs in the house. It may seem picky (and it is) but the money I paid for a week these are a big deal to me. 3- The washer has so much Mold that it's really unusable. A few other things you should know: -No one told us there were boogie boards, surfboards, or umbrellas hidden under the stairs behind a door. We found them on our last day After getting off the beach. Maybe we should have snooped around earlier. - you are in the main area so there is a lot of noise from cars and trucks. Comes with a great location, not complaining just saying. - took us a week to do the 500-piece puzzle and there are 5 pieces missing. haha :-) Overall an Amazing location and a great place!
