Communication with Property owner was poor.
No one to speak to on phone during check in process, everything done via text long waits for communication. Internet info given was incomplete. Had to figure things out on our own. Took 24 hours to resolve. I will not rent again through Vacassa, very poor hospitality.

The unit had the best view we have ever had in Steamboat! The upstairs had lots of sunshine and an open layout. The downstairs was a little cramped, but manageable. The kitchen was fine. The hot tub & pool were very nice and close to the unit. We were expecting to have access to the Vacasa shuttle, since it is a Vacasa unit, but that was a bad assumption on our part. The Vacasa shuttle doesn’t serve this unit. We figured out the bus line (which was a little intimidating) and found it to be very convenient. Overall, the unit was very relaxing and conveniently located to the base. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo location is excellent! Just a short walk across the street to the gondola. Even my four year old was able to do it in ski boots each day. The condo had all the basic necessities and was very comfortable. It never got overly hot or cold, which is often a problem with mountain properties in winter. The bathrooms and some aspects of the property are aging a bit, but we loved our stay. The view of the mountain from the large living room window was great and the pool and hot tubs were very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo location is excellent! Just a short walk across the street to the gondola. Even my four year old was able to do it in ski boots each day. The condo had all the basic necessities and was very comfortable. It never got overly hot or cold, which is often a problem with mountain properties in winter. The bathrooms and some aspects of the property are aging a bit, but we loved our stay. The view of the mountain from the large living room window was great and the pool and hot tubs were very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was in great shape and very cozy. The location was perfect for skiing and being so close to the transportation center made getting downtown to restaurants and bars on the free buses extremely easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely property. Unfortunately snowy road conditions from Laramie to SB precluded our stay
So sorry we were unable to check in and enjoy a stay at this lovely condo due to the snow storm and road conditions between our location in Laramie, WY and Steamboat.

The condo is large, attractive, and well arranged and well located to the gondola square. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped, the lighting everywhere was insufficient, and the bedroom closets were stuffed with fans (7 total) and a huge old television. So, there was no place to put our things. The master mattress was very soft and saggy.

In town for RunRabbitRun race. Perfect location. Easy walk to base area. Beds comfortable. Shower door sort of broken. Had limited but just enough supplies. WiFi weak. Didn’t use pool but looked nice. Very easy check in. Would stay again.

Very clean
Nice property with room for two adults and two kids. Possibly rooms for more. Clean property. Easy checkin and check out. There is no laundry at this condo. And if preparing food there are no seasonings (not even salt and pepper). Will need to bring or buy everything you need.

easy walk to lifts. The pool and hot tub area were lovely. I did have some issues getting the parking permit which was a bit frustrating. But, overall a nice place to stay for a ski vacation with the family.

Beautiful condo that was perfect for our family's stay. We were actually much closer to the base area than we realized when booking, a very short walk, even in ski boots. amazing views from the condo. Loved everything about it!

Great views, short walk to Gondola
Amazing views - love the window seat! Love the high ceilings on the main floor and the convenience of the gas fireplace. Short walk (<5 minutes) down a small hill/knoll to the gondola - so convenient. Our unit provided so few dishes that we didn't have enough for the 4 of us to make it through breakfast, lunch and dinner without hand-washing or running the dishwasher. As I mentioned to the property management company, it's time to add a few more plates, bowls, etc. to the unit. The wifi was sufficient for 4 of us to do remote work/school. The property management company was responsive but not all that helpful. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds is quite small. It would have been nice to have drawers or shelves in the bedrooms to put away clothes. The hot tubs are nice and our daughter enjoyed the pool even with 13 degrees outside (and they're a very short 1-minute walk past a few parking spots makes it super convenient to use). Overall, a good value. Convenient, clean, basic, comfortable.

This condo is an awesome location. We were here for the summer and rode bikes everywhere. The house was comfortably furnished, but stifling hot in the 85 degree weather. There were fans to move the hot air around, but sleeping was uncomfortable. We would happily rent this again in the winter though.

When we arrived we were greeted by carpet that looked as though it had sustained a buffalo stampede. Overall it was very dirty interspersed with stains of which I could only imagine the origin. As you walk into the kitchen the threshold had fraying edges that bled into dingy tile grout and a tile granite countertop covered in a cloudy film. Onto the living room where the couch was almost as fine as those college kids set fire to after chugging beer bongs all night. Next we enter the first bathroom where we found gloriously stained towels and a shower head that did not work and more fifthly tile grout. The second bathroom did not disappoint where more stained towels and gross grout were found. Thankfully that shower head worked. Over all, this condo is awesome if you plan to spend the entire stay ****-faced drunk and need a couch to put out of its dismal existence.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Weekend Getaway
The rental was clean and well furnished and in a great location. It is a little confusing to find with the parking lot and the road to the left. It is an older unit with older bathrooms, however, everything works perfectly.

Unfortunately the hot tub was empty of water but the pool was refreshing and clean, though it was quite small. The couple issues we had were resolved quickly by the rental service.

The only (very) minor issue was that the rental property texted very late on a Friday night asking if we were making noise (around 10pm). The last text received was at 1am and my entire group was in bed. Not a big deal, but we had already addressed that it wasn't our condo after the first text. This location is wonderful - mere minutes walk to the base of the mountain and the rental property is super easy to communicate and work with. No real complaints at all!
