Has it ALL
The owners of the home thought of EVERYTHING to make your trip special. From the paddle boards, to the kayaks, to the GOLF CART (like what a perk!), to the cleanliness, the perfectly set up home.... I would definitely rent this home again and again. We docked our TriToon right up to the well maintained dock and went to dinner almost every evening on the water to the main hub of Surf City which is just a 10-15 minute ride up the ICW. We're local to the area and knew so many in the homes around us. You couldn't ask for a friendlier crowd to be around. Katie was very in tune and only a phone call away. The home looked like something right out of a home interior magazine and I was so sad to have to pull out on Saturday. We were sad to miss our normal house this year due to scheduling conflicts, but once we stepped on property the sadness went away and we were blown away with how happy this little piece of heaven made us.

The golf cart is the perfect extra touch to get to and from the beach. The owners have covered every detail! One of our favorite vacations in Surf City!

Wonderful Home!
My family had an absolute blast! The house is furnished so beautifully and thoughtfully. It is clean and welcoming. The house has anything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything. Nice appliances and bedding. We used the private dock to fish and park our boat. We had a blast with the provided kayaks and paddle boards in the canal. Awesome place!
Everything about this place was excellent! The house is very clean and Katie was very easy to contact with any questions. The golf cart and paddle boards/kayaks were an awesome added bonus! Definitely recommend :)

This was a super fun getaway. The paddle boards and kayaks were a huge hit. The golf cart was such a treat. So nice to not have to take our vehicle to the beach. The house is so cute and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are super comfortable, television in every room, great linens, etc. For my teenage boy to say he loved it....you know it's a good one! :)

Perfect Getaway
This was a super fun getaway. The paddle boards and kayaks were a huge hit. The golf cart was such a treat. So nice to not have to take our vehicle to the beach. The house is so cute and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are super comfortable, television in every room, great linens, etc. For my teenage boy to say he loved it....you know it's a good one! :)

Water fun
It was a little chilly for too much play on the water but one of our sons spent a lot of time fishing. It was wonderful to have the dock right out the back door.
The gold cart wasn’t working when we arrived at the house but the owners got it fixed within a few days…the week of Thanksgiving! It was so convenient for running down to the local convenience store or to the beach.
Even though the house is smaller (for our large family), there is plenty of seating in the living room and the kitchen has an expandable table. It would be helpful to have an extra chair for the kitchen table. There weren’t enough chairs when my MIL came and shared a meal with us for us to all sit around the kitchen table (7 people). The chairs on the porch are too short for the kitchen table but there’s a children’s table in one of the bedrooms with chairs so it would have worked if our boys were a lot younger.
Overall a great property and a we would stay again!
