My husband and I just returned from Christmas with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren. Although snow was limited after a big rain storm a few days earlier, we enjoyed a lot of hiking and swimming at the rec center.
The owner is an excellent communicator, very helpful and attentive to detail. Although we didn't have any problems during the 6 nights of our stay, whenever I had a question, the response was less than 3 minutes. Very impressive!
The house is nicely updated with tasteful furnishings and is privately situated with views of the surrounding wooded area.
I appreciated having the convenience of two excellent supermarkets in nearby Plymouth.
Highly recommend this lovely home!

Excellent property! Equipped with everything needed, very comfortable, and conveniently located for easy access to hiking trails and services. Access to the community clubhouse and fitness center was a plus. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Looking forward to returning for another week in 2024.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very comfortable and set up for gathering as well as having many quiet spaces to spread out. The location was perfectly situated for all we wanted to do in the White Mountains of NH. The property manager was fabulously attentive to our needs. Everything was set up for comfort and quiet. The nearby recreation center was a plus for the teens as well as adults. Work out space, swimming, game room and hiking was easy access from the home when not on our other excursions. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will plan to return!

We came to NH for the Laconia 100th Anniversary Rally and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the house was clean and well equipped. Marty was great and communication was perfect. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing ski getaway with the family. The property was clean and exactly as described. The location is nicely tucked away but close driving distance to many great local attractions and wilderness. Relaxing by the wood fireplace after a long cold day of skiing was a highlight for sure. Host was extremely attentive and reachable at all times.

My family (four adults, two kids, and two small dogs) had a great stay here and we were impressed with how clean and comfortable the home was. The peace and quiet, especially at night was amazing. Nice scenery with a walking trail through the woods less than 10 minutes from the community center. We will try to rent again, and hopefully stay a bit longer the next time. Thanks.

Super clean house with lots of space inside and out for the kids to play. The pools at the rec center were a huge hit. Loved the proximity to Franconia Notch and local restaurants.

Marty very accessible, kitchen had appliances and honestly didn’t even know what they were for! Very well equipped!great walks in the neighborhood, rec center great if you like to swim, exercise! Loved the bed in the loft very comfortable! Another wonderful thing is if you have a dog, they allow it.. if you have mobility issues there are a few stairs to navigate but all doable! Give it a whirl , lovely property in Waterville estates!😊

Our today was absolutely perfect. The home was gorgeous there was the kids were never bored. We enjoyed staying in the home more than going to the resort. The resort was great! It had so many things for everyone to do. Every time you took a turn into a room there was another activity Plus

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Marty was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The home is beautiful and very well stocked - any kitchen appliance you could possibly need, condiments, blankets, pillows, towels, laundry soap, etc... We stayed to do some touristy locations with the kids, but I would love to go back and hang around the house. The area is beautiful. I enjoyed using the deck to drink my coffee. It was a great stay. Would love to go back.

Marty is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable and satisfied with their stay. He is very accommodating and communication with him is so easy, as he's very quick to respond! His home was a beautiful getaway spot, and a very short walk from Waterville Estates where you can enjoy the pool and other rec center facilities. Marty also provides a very detailed guidebook (also shared via PDF) that includes suggestions for nearby activities, dining, things to do, hiking, etc. He also shared helpful "Summer Tips" with us to avoid the inevitable pesky bugs that come around during the warmer months! I highly recommend booking your next NH stay with Marty.

We really enjoyed the location and the house! It is close to everything, while offers private location in the woods. The recreation center and free passes were amazing! Perfect thing to have access to for a weekend with kids. Martin was a great host - very accommodating.

Enjoyable!
We had an excellent stay. The house was clean, updated and comfortable. A great home base for lots of activities within 15-20 minutes. We loved the community center pool and pond within a 5 min walk of the house. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would love to return next year!

Home was clean, and roomy. No bathroom on main floor was a little annoying. Kitchen and bathrooms furnished with more than enough. Host was very responsive and courteous. Such a great vacation. A run in with a black bear on a walk was scary but was as startled as I was. Great, great, relaxing and scenic vacation! Thanks so much!

Wonderful house and experience
We had a wonderful experience. The house was well stocked with every thing you can think of for amenities! The access to the community center was a short walk and a bonus. The host was super responsive and checked in to be sure all was okay!

Family Ski Trip
Great location to ski at Waterville, Loon, Cannon and Bretton Woods. The house was easy to locate and had plenty of parking.
The was clean and the kitchen has every appliance you would need. Marty, the owner, was very attentive and easy to contact to ensure our stay went well. I would rent this place again!

There was news about water shortage in the surrounding areas & owner let us know day before the check in & also left gallons for water for emergency. Fortunately there was no water issue , but we do appreciate letting us know.

We maxed out the occupancy at 10 people (4 adults 6 kids) for 2 of our 4 nights and found the space to be comfortable and flexible. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the living area is spacious and yet cozy with the wood stove lite. The kids enjoyed all the board games and playing hide and seek between the 3 floors. The owner, Marty, is without a doubt the most responsive host ever, his top priority is to ensure your stay goes well. The location of the house is convenient for skiing at both Loon and and Waterville, it is an easy drive to both. After spending a day skiing returning to this comfortable, quiet and private retreat and it’s beautiful surrounds made winding down and relaxing in the evenings easy .. even with 6 kids in the house! We will definitely be planning a return visit.

Great mountain vacation
This property is amazing every single comfort available, along with thoughtful touches in case you forgotten things. Every kitchen appliance including an air fryer and a cappuccino/expresso machine. The decor is comfortable and vacation friendly. We had three generations of family and it was amazing. The property manager was super helpful to make sure our time was enjoyable. Can't say enough good things centrally located to the White mountains and all the adventures.

Very clean, accessible, fully stocked and then some including brand new cool blue utensils, matching dinnerware and glasses and the most high end toaster oven I have ever used.
