We loved that there were 4 king beds instead of bunk rooms on every corner like a lot of homes here (some were a little squeaky and sunken but didn't bother us too much). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! Loved that there were bikes included too. Very clean. Would stay here again and again!

Our overall satisfaction of this home was very good but we can not stay there again until they improve their beds/mattresses, they were terrible. The upstairs master bedroom had the worst bed in the house by a long shot which was odd. We would definitely consider staying here again if they improved the beds.

Location is perfect, short walk to beach access and Rosary Beach. Great access to get to Inlet Beach restaurants etc. We loved our stay and would definitely be back to A Shore Thing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! We have been visiting 30A for the last 6 or so years and have stayed in different communities. The location of this house was perfect! Right next to Rosemary and a stones throw from Hwy 98. The community is gated and has a very nice pool shared by just 8-10 was never crowded. Super easy to get to the beach one street over. 4 bikes are also included. It is an upscale property and luxuriously decorated. It has 4 bedrooms (2 masters, one upstairs & 1 downstairs. 2 living areas too. It was perfect for my family of 5 which included 3 teens .They all agreed this was their favorite house we have stayed in on 30a. It was also the most relaxing. Because of the location, do did not have to fight the 30a traffic. Another thing to note is that because the house is so close to Hwy98, You can be at the Publix in PCB in 5-10 mins. We were also able to walk to many restaurants near by. I definitely recommend A shore thing and we will stay here again!

I had to buy Clorox spay and clean the counter to keep the bugs away. The rooms were clean but the downstairs was not. Also found bugs on the floors by dinning room and living room. The silverware and pans are in very bad condition. I send a message to the property to replace the silverware but they did not. The trash was almost full when we arrived and I had to message the property several times about it being picked up. It was finally picked up 5 days later but they check the trash cans and left us with none.
