We had the most incredible stay! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and in a perfect location! The owner was incredible and made sure to answer and questions and the property manager was available to answer any and all questions we had! We will definitely be back!!

Before our trip even started the owner and manager reached out and made us feel welcome. The home was large and beautiful and very clean. There were many rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Everybody enjoyed the game/family area in the garage which had a mini arcade game, darts, basketball, tv and pool table. We also sunk into the jacuzzi which was amazing and relaxing under the beautiful large trees. It was such a lovely surprise that it was already heated for us upon our arrival. The entire family enjoyed this home and loved it.

We had a fantastic stay! Just what we needed. The property management team was fantastic, and the local site property manager Carolyn was absolutely wonderful! We had a couple things we needed support with, and they were right there to help. The cabin is beautiful, warm, and gave us so much space to enjoy our time. Highly recommend!

Had such an amazing time! The cabin was absolutely perfect! We loved all the amenities; kitchen stocked, comfy linens, super clean, and loved the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy and there was enough bathrooms. We have fun in the game room playing pool and darts and of corse relaxing in the hot tub. We didn't want to leave but we can always go back.

This cabin was perfect for our stay! We had 3 toddlers/infants and 4 adults. There was plenty of beds, bathrooms, and entertainment for all! We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of linens/towels for everyone.

Great time at the mountaineer's lodge!
We really enjoyed our stay at the mountaineer's lodge. Would definitely stay there again next time we visit Idyllwild!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The property was huge, with plenty of room to wander around, change scenery and enjoy cozy evenings in. The 2 game rooms (one for adults with pool, darts and chess and one for kids with an arcade-style basketball game and Pac-Man game, plus plenty of toys for all ages) were such a pleasant surprise. The outdoor space was phenomenal with a sprawling wrap-around deck, tables and even a hot tub! The master bedroom has 2...yes 2...bathrooms.. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. The entire property was exceptionally clean and the host was very responsive and a great communicator. The property's size and amenities truly made us feel like we were at our own miniature resort in the mountains. You also can't beat the location...just minutes from town and the Idyllwild nature center. Highly recommended!
