We had a perfect ten days at this lovely home. With two apartments, there was enough separation for quiet time, but a large upstairs, including a gorgeous deck, for gathering. Location is very walkable to shops, restaurants, and beach access. Location is only a few miles from the Lake Michigan beaches of Frankfort and Petersen Road. The owners have thought of everything, including an extensive Welcome Book to help you make the most of your vacation. We’ve been traveling to Northwest Michigan for over 25 years and Beulah is our favorite beach town!

This home was very clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels, blankets, kitchen dishes, pots & pans, utensils, small appliances, and ziplock baggies, etc. Which is not always the case. Nice open layout with a back deck to sit and relax with some coffee. The owners were great to work with and super friendly and helpful, they went above & beyond. The Welcome Book was very impressive and helpful for finding your way around to local sites. Very conveniently located. I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful home located in a great location. Easy walk to town, beach and places to eat. Back deck was the perfect place to relax with friends, sip wine and make plans for the next days adventure! Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! Everything was as described. We traveled with four adults and four young kids (ages 3,2,1 and 7 months) and Stephanie was so helpful through the process! The home was very clean both upstairs and downstairs. We appreciated the little touches such as beach towels, dish soap, and even make up remover wipes in the bathroom!
The living space upstairs was perfect to hang out in and let the kids play. The backyard was nice, felt private. We enjoyed a fire on our last night. The deck off of the upstairs is adorable! Walking distance to beach and downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year! The house is perfectly clean, decorated so cute and has everything you need! Amazing location and really feels right at home.

We had a great time at this property. The unit was very clean, and they did a great job decorating. They thought of everything you would need; including beach towels, coffee, kitchen appliances, extra blankets, grill, and even makeup remover! The details really help at ease to your stay. The unit is across from the lake with a nice little walk to town and beach access. We hope to stay here again, thank you!

We had a great stay at Roberts property. Everything that we could have needed was at the home. We ran into a small issue with the heating in the second bedroom; Robert responded quickly and was able to get someone out to address the issue immediately. We would definitely recommend staying here, it worked out great for our family ski trip.
