The property was very clean and was definitely enjoyed by my friends and family who visited. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. There was a slight hiccup during the stay where the AC was struggling to keep a cool temperature during the evening inside the house. But overall I would recommend this property for anyone hosting friends and family for a small event.
The hosts Matthew & Callyn were very responsive and definitely helped us during the whole stay and the checkout process when we had to extend for a bit.

I love my stay at the property owner was very active with making sure our stay was great. The location was peaceful and quiet. The house was very clean and nice. Whenever I am in Texas again I will definitely try to get this property again.

We celebrated my son's graduation from SMU and brought in our extended family. This was the perfect spot for a family gathering. Clean, spacious, inviting, and quick access to SMU. From the little details like great towels and a plethora of bottled waters waiting for us, the owners are spot on. Thank you!

My family and I just wanted to get away and spend quality time. This was a great place. Anytime we went out to do something it was only 15 to 20 min away. Easy access to food , skating, bowling, Traders Village, shopping, and a good variety of food!

My family was in Dallas to celebrate my oldest brother's birthday! This house was nice, spacious and comfortable for all 12 of us including kids. Unfortunately it was cold so we didn't utilize the back patio, but it was a cute set up. The owners communicated in a timely fashion anytime I had question! If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend if you're staying in this area! If I'm ever back in this area would rent again!

We rented the space to accommodate family and friends of the wedding party. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. Any questions were answered quickly. The property is beautiful with a rustic charm. We would highly recommend and would use the property again!

I got this place to house some family and host thanksgiving there. This place was perfect! I had 25 people for thanksgiving. I had to bring more tables and chairs to accommodate the size of the group but to fit them all in was very easy with the size of the open concept kitchen/dining/living. Also, there was more than enough counter space for all the food that was being served. My family that stayed there loved it. Almost everyone had there own bathroom and bedroom. It is very spacious. If you needed to get anywhere, this house is very close to 635 and 35. I am thinking of booking this space just to have a large party!

Summer Family Time
We had a great time!! Our hosts were so helpful before we got here and while we were here! The house was so nice and clean and roomy enough for all 17 of us!!
The kids loved the park across the street and getting to swim in the community pool. We also got to go to a Rangers game and Six Flags.

We had a competition in Dallas, and this property was perfect for staging our trip!
There were 17 adults and teens and we had plenty of space, and adequate privacy for such a large group. The home is well appointed and well stocked for groups.
The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, and the location is close enough to downtown for anyone who wants to explore Dallas proper.
I must say that these are also the MOST RESPONSIVE hosts I have ever encountered on VRBO.

The property was beautiful very accurate to pictures. Very spacious, i had 7 guests and it was more than enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Owner was responsive when we had issues at check in so we solved it quickly. Overall enjoyed our time and so thankful!

This house was excellent. It was beautiful and spacious. The owners stayed 4 houses down and was very kind and accommodating. Gentle suggestion TV's in the bedrooms would be great. Everything was perfect!!!!

Spring Break
Took my daughter, her two children, and two of my other grandchildren to Dallas for Spring Break. Instead, spent most of our tim playing cards and Jenga in this lovely home! A wonderful place to stay!

I highly recommend this place. We had 14 adult family members stay comfortably there. This place is clean, well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need, in a quiet, safe and clean neighborhood, and furnished with comfortable beds, plush towels, nice furniture, extras like jumbo Jenga and a basketball “pop a shot” in the garage. The master bed, closet and bath was HUGE and beautifully updated and decorated. ALL 4 of the bathrooms were newly remodeled and so beautiful. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The kitchen was open and great for large crowds and supplied with more than enough kitchen essentials. We will definitely stay there again when in Dallas next year!!!!!!

We had our Marketing Team Retreat at this house and it was absolutely wonderful! The owners live down the street and they were very helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. The master bathroom is like the very best hotels. Thank you!

Exactly what I was looking for
We had a great experience at this rental! Exactly what we were looking for to meet our needs as a landing spot for the bride and bridesmaids to be for a wedding weekend. Lovely home, gracious hosts, and so glad we stayed!

Awesome stay
Everything was great , atmosphere, close to the stadium, very quiet, neighbors wasn’t nosy , but couple of things ( there wasn’t any bottle water that you said it would be there on the paper and please get some TV ‘a in the bed room , I’m nicpicking but yeah do that lol . All in all I will be coming back and staying there again .
