Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and was exactly how it was showing on the VRBO app.
I highly recommend this for a friend reunion or family stay.

Our family of five stayed in Miami Beach for four nights at the W Residences. We are all 18+ and had a wonderful time. Our youngest is a student at University of Miami and although it is a bit far from campus we wanted to stay on the beach. The resident was perfect for us with all the amenities we needed. Having access to the W hotel pool, and beach worked out perfectly. The room only came with 3 paid beach chairs and we paid for 2 extra each day. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Our only complaint was we were told someone from Luxury rentals would meet us at check in to sign the paperwork and when we arrived at 6pm they asked if they could come the next morning which wasn't convenient for us. Then they asked if they could stop by at 8 or 9pm and they never called. Luckily they caught us around noon the day after arrival as we were just getting back from breakfast. The actual check in at the W residence desk went perfectly. Just a heads up but it all worked out and we loved our stay! We would stay again.

We enjoyed the beautiful location. The property manager was helpful and responsive in a timely manner.
The property manager said we could not store our luggage before check in or after check out then changed upon our arrival. I decided to go there anyway and see what the residence check in had to say. The residence check in area said it would not be a problem to leave bags before or after. This posed a stressful situation since we arrived at 9:45am and were given different information and worried about where to put our suitcases.
Secondly, the unit is very clean and beautiful furniture, however there are wooden blinds without a cord to lower them so there was no privacy and we woke with the sun.
The view is beautiful. The hotel residence staff was very kind. The pool and beach are lovely as well. Great location.
I may stay here again.

First, shout out to Diego and Ramen who helped make the check in tand check out process seamless. The condo itself was beautiful and as pictures described. Will definitely use the Luxury Rental service int he future.

Diego met us upon arrival. And picked up cake, balloons & champagne for our friends birthday. He was always quick to respond and helpful.
