Great access to beach, nice amenities.
Very clean, beautiful view of ocean and restaurants down near the pier.
Tips: wear sandals or slides on boardwalk during the day, very hot! Book your chairs/umbrella early, booth opens at 9am and usually a line starts to form about 830am.
Fubar pizza (a few minutes away) is yummy and all the restaurants near the pier are very good! Recommend the lobster tacos at Rockin Tacos!

Location couldn’t be better. Super clean. Had every accommodation we could need. Twin beds are better for smaller people. Overall we just loved it.

We loved staying here. The condo was close to the beach and the many pools it offers. It’s also within walking to many restaurants. We would stay here again!

The condo was very clean (HOW do you get all that sand cleaned up?!), great view of the ocean and the pool area! Really the only issues we had was the washer tried to not work correctly for 2 cycles but then miraculously started working after I contacted management. Also I was little shocked that even the very basic seasonings (S&P) weren’t even provided but that’s probably a Covid issue and definitely not a deal breaker! The pool (again not the Condo owners fault) was VERY COLD! They definitely didn’t have the heat on, it was so cold even the kids wouldn’t swim in it! Overall it was a great stay and a relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Only issue we had was the pool bracelet. We misplaced one the 1st day and they said in our terms of staying we would owe 30 bucks each bracelet that is lost. But the point I'm trying to make is... NO ONE EVEN CHECKS OR EVEN LOOKS FOR POOL BRACELETS.... But I guess it's a way to make extra money for the owners. Pull out bed is extremely un comfortable , we had to purchase a foam mattress at local Walmart. I would stay at this place again just not this particular condo.

Lovely view from our condo. The beach and pool were great. The king size bed was very comfortable. The parking garage was easy to access and close to the condo. Lots of personal touches. The kitchen had lots of dishes, silverware and glasses.

The property was as described and was was perfect for our getaway. You can’t ask for more when you want to be so close to the beach. The condo was even available for early check in as our flight came in early. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Comfortable enough, exactly as advertised. Communication was lacking, however. There was no direction about parking (after accessing the condo the directions were there), and nothing noting that the letter on the address would not be on the condo door. Little things like that added a lot of stress. In addition we were given one roll of toilet paper for a week's stay. There were none of the niceties like salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels provided, so make sure you bring your own. Finally, someone before us had stripped all the remotes of their batteries and they had not been replaced. Overall it was fine. Just note the 2 bunk beds are very small. Our teens barely fit and the room got very hot at night because there was no ventilation. Almost like a converted closet. Last, there was a tornado while we were there and there were no instructions on what to do or where to go in case of emergency within the building. It was a disappointing trip overall and the condo seemed to fit right in with that.

Perfect month to go- water was fabulous and the big pool so refreshing!!! Loved every pool!!! So easy to get across to the bay side. The condo was in the perfect spot overlooking pool and beach! Very roomy with washer and drier inside- towels very nice. Covered parking was 66 steps from Condo door- so convenient!!!!!
Negatives:

The only thing that happened that was not ok was someone from the property opened our door to change the code a day early. She didn't knock, just walked in!! We told her we had another day of vacation still. She should have knocked.

This is our fifth stay with Destin Westin condos and as always it delivers the best family vacation we can ask for. The condo is clean, has everything you need, and the location is awesome! The only complaint i have is we could feel springs in the bed however minor detail. We love staying here and will always come back when we can!

Loved this condo
Wonderful place . Location is perfect especially considering the amount of traffic . Dining options were walkable . The condo was beautiful. Tastefully decorated & clean . Would love to stay here again .

Upon arrival there were many strands of dark hair on the master bath sink. I cleaned the sink and sprayed it down with Lysol. Otherwise the condo was very nice and a great view. A little surprised there were several guests smoking on the pool deck.

Great vacay!!
Destin West Condos was very nice to stay in. Rainy for first few days, but then beautiful weather for remainer of week. The condo was awesome, great location and balcony was perfect overlooking pool/ocean area. The only complaint I would have is that The Island next door had beach chair rentals that took over the WHOLE beach area in front of the condos. They had 3 rows of chairs which left sitting towards the back of the beach instead of by the water. Otherwise great vacation!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to get away to do something for spring break but also wanted to make sure we could still do something safely during the pandemic. It was just myself, my husband and our two kids age 11 & 13.

Will visit again
The condo was awesome! It was clean and had plenty of towels, dishes, and bedding. Management also made sure that the facilities were only used by authorized guests and visitors. I will make plans to visit again. Thanks Julie for such a great place to stay!

We loved the lazy river, bayside swim access, and the beach was a short walk from our condo. This condo is right next to the parking garage so unloading our things was a breeze. There are beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, and toys provided, which is so helpful! One of our chairs was a little rusty and broke on our first day (I am light), but the owner's sister brought us 3 brand new chairs right away--the owner and staff are accomodating and super nice! I would stay here again and highly recommend this condo and property! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Cute quaint place on the beach
The place was very cute and quaint. Features of condo were as described, and had a great view of the beach from balcony. Thank you for the additional beach chairs and wagon, this helped so much when we forgot a third chair for our group. The only downside was issues trying to configure light switches in kitchen and bedroom, as there were some switches that didn’t turn anything on /off. Took until the last day to figure out switch for lamp in living room. Overall, a great trip and we will definitely come back here!

This was a very clean and well equipped unit. We’ve been in numerous condos in FWB over the past 15 years and this was the best equipped unit we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was neatly organized. We had a problem with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom but the property manager promptly sent someone out within a couple of hours to check it and they replaced it with a couple of days. We would definitely stay here again.
