We enjoyed our stay for thanksgiving week very much. The unit was cozy for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The heated pool and hot tubs were great for the chillier days - the kids really enjoyed. The unit was clean and equipped with a starter package for soaps, trash bags, etc. If staying longer than a few days, ensure to bring extra supplies for dishwasher, laundry, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.

The views were stunning, the hosts were very on top of everything and accessible if you needed anything or just had questions, plus they had a really cool online information site just for the property we were renting with a ton of details and recommendations for amenities and food. The property was well maintained and clean. The beach was beautiful and so much fun for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were very nice. We loved the pool, the beach and the outdoor dining spaces. It was a quiet an relaxing spot and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

The property was nice; the pool was very much appreciated by the 9 and 6 year old. We did enjoy the hot tub also. We also appreciated having a code for entry into the home so we didn't have to bother with keys.
Inside was a nice layout, though a little tight for 9 people on the main floor, especially the kitchen/dining area. We couldn't all sit down together for meals, which we were looking forward to; three had to sit at the bar. It was also a little strange having the neighbors walk right in front of our sliding doors to get to the stairs to go to the beach, but they were a lovely family.
The AC wasn't working on Saturday but the manager was able to have someone there on Monday. Our daughter did go buy 2 fans because their room did not have a ceiling fan and it was warm in that room. She shared it with her husband and two children because it slept 4 and that is where we needed them to be.
We had quite a bit of heavy rainfall and the driveway flooded easily but that seems to be the case for most of the properties.
One daughter had to use the sleeper sofa. She vacuumed it quite heavily before she slept on it the first night. There was a lot of sand and several small items under the mattress when we pulled it out. She ended up just sleeping on top of the sofa without opening it up. That issue and wiping out some of the kitchen drawers prevented me from giving it 5 stars on cleanliness.
If you have more than 8 in your group, I really wouldn't recommend this unit.

We visited for spring break and although the weather wasnt the warmest in April, it was wonderful to have the hot tubs to use. Great location right on the beach. The house is well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Having the elevator was key for unloading and loading. A nice starter supply of items for the kitchen was a nice touch. It is convenient that there are 2 Beach chairs for use and a set of beach towels. Beautiful view of the sunrises. I would definitely stay again at this property.

The on-line description was accurate. The unit was cleaner than other places we've rented. Elevator was a big plus for moving in and out and groceries. The beach was quiet the weeks we were there and we found lots of shark teeth. A few lamps in the living area would be helpful for reading at night. Move in and out instructions were easy. We would definitely rent again.

This is our second stay and it was as fabulous as the first. Everything you could need was provided, the unit was clean, very nicely decorated, and the views were so amazing. Arrival and departure information was extremely helpful and we hope to return soon.

Loved this property. The layout provided much privacy with the two bedrooms on separate floors with the living space/kitchen floor between the two. Hot tub and covered gazebo also a wonderful asset, as was the heated courtyard pool. And of course, a wonderful view of the water. We would return here.

Great location! House was clean and well stocked as advertised. Communication with owner was easy and timely. The views are spectacular and it’s right on the beach. Elevator is great for luggage and those who have trouble with stairs. Enough space to park 2-3 cars. I will be back!

Our family loved the beach views and location, the gazebo, hot tub, and (shared) pool. We used them all daily and really spent lots of time outside. The house is well-kept and lovely. It was a real treat to stay there.

Great week!
The home was beautiful and well appointed. Good location, if a bit far from Surf City. However, this meant a less crowded beach area and we still had plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.
We really enjoyed our week here and would gladly stay here again and recommend to anyone interested in coming to North Topsail!

We had an amazing week at Relax by the Sea. The unit was well appointed and had all the little things (liquid hand soap at all the sinks, salt&pepper, toilet paper in all the bathrooms) that drive me crazy about other rentals. Well supplied with fluffy bath towels too! Pool and hot tubs were great. We didn’t know the other people in the other units but we’re friendly with them. The pools/hot tubs were never “crowded” and we didn’t feel like we couldn’t go or had to wait.
We enjoyed the views everyday and mostly just relaxed on the beach. We had fun hunting for sharks teeth on the beach! We rode our bikes down to Bada Bing for Italian ice and ice cream one afternoon. Also had a great dinner in Topsail at Beach Shop & Grill. Our teens had fun roller skating - $8 a person every night from 6-10 pm. Delicious homemade ice cream in the shop under the roller skating rink (most other ice cream places had Hersheys ice cream…)

We booked Prashant's place during spring break. The weather wasn't great so we stayed in the hot tub and pool most of the time. The house was very spacious and comfortable for the eight of us. There were a couple of hiccups, but the host was very responsive and able to take care of them immediately. Definitely our go-to place for a topsail vacation spot in the future. Glad we found this spot.

Amazing Townhouse!
This townhouse was absolutely beautiful. You will not go wrong renting this property. The views cannot be beat, especially from the balcony of the master suite. The check-in was very easy and the process leading up the actual check-in was great. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed in the master suite was extremely comfortable (it was just myself and my wife so I do not know about the other beds). Everything in this townhome is high-end and modern, even down to the thermostats.
The owners were very attentive to a minor issue that was totally my fault. Don't touch the accordion style door in the elevator when it is ready to go to a different floor! Like I said, totally my fault.
We cannot wait to come back!
