Excellent place.

Greg was a great host, he got back to all emails and questions promptly, the unit was spacious and very well kept and was fully stocked in the kitchen. We had a great time here.

The unit is very nice, clean and plenty of space to spread out.

We really enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. The condo is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are very nice and comfortable. The location is convenient. We didn't cook in, but the kitchen is well stocked if we had wanted to. We will probably return to Key Largo and when we do, it is likely we will choose to stay in this unit again.

Property was just as advertised. Owner was very responsive and courteous. Property was clean and updated. Also was very close to everything you could need. Would recommend as a great place to stay.

Super nice place to stay. We had an amazing time! You really don’t even have to leave the area because there is so much to do. Our 3 year old enjoyed every minute of it! Condo was equipped with everything you need to cook as well which is a plus.

We arrived late at night to the property and was met by the security guard at the gate. She was extremely helpful and before we knew it we were inside the condo and getting settled for the night. We were presently surprised to find a clean and well equipped condo. The next morning we explored the property and took advantage of the pools and waterfront. We had brought our 8 month old granddaughter along with our family and had a wonderful time. We recommend this property to others as we only had one small problem with the cable tv and when we contacted the owner we had a quick response to our email and the problem was solved quickly.

Excellent experience overall. Greg was quick to respond to any questions we had. Make sure to go out and watch the sunrise from the rocks at least one morning, stunning views.

I'm not one to give bad reviews or talk bad about services. I understand things aren't always as expected. This was above and beyond a disappointing stay. Management wasn't notified of our stay. We had to site on the side of the road for an hour before we were let in the property. We had trouble locating the key box. The bed in the master bedroom was like concrete. I slept in the recliner for my entire stay. 😞 For our last night there we spent the entire day away from the condo. When we returned there was a HVAC leak it smelled of the worst chemical smell the air was not breathable. When I called the owner of the property instead of being nice and courteous of the issue. He was just pushing blame and things were in working order when he was there last. Things do break. I explained the situation and we were unable to stay there for the rest of our stay. He never offered to reimburse for the last day. I had to find a hotel to stay in with my entire family. There was another listing that said they experienced a rash while being in the property and it's swimmers itch from the community pool. My family also experienced the same issue So beware of this property and the owners lack of responsibility. Shame on him.

This place offers a bit of everything. So convenient. Love the marina and lagoon.

I was impressed by the entrance having an actual human overlooking details. However, the marina is not designated for only owners or renters. Anyone can use the facilities. We rented the first week of May and the sea grass covered what little beach there is and the smell was putrid. So bad so, we couldn’t enjoy the jetty or the condo patio. The condo itself appeared as pictured. However, there was what appeared to be black mold in the dishwasher, on the outside door in the second bedroom and in the main shower. Halfway through the week, my husband and I started noticing raised welts on our arms and legs. We had not been to the beach for sand fleas (no see ums) or out at dusk or dawn for mosquitoes. The itching was so bad we went to a near by pharmacist. He said they appeared to be bedbug bites and gave us a topical, Tylenol, and said to use a cold compress. I alerted the manager of both situations. He did not address the possible mold and said, “If we had bedbugs we brought them with us and took them back, because we didn’t get them there.” When I returned from vacaI went to my own doctor. It was Scabies, microscopic bedbugs. For theses reasons I would not recommend this rental.

The salt water pond and pier were great to explore. The pool was wonderful! The condo was clean and comfortable. A map of the complex including the location of the dumpsters would have been a helpful addition.

We didn’t have an elevator key so we couldn’t access the ice machine down stairs or one of the elevators but we made it work by using the other elevator and the stairs and used ice trays. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Our youngest (12) loved the pool. Snorkeling right from the property was great. We think we saw an electric ray, which we found out from subsequent research. Good thing we didn't get too close! We would recommend and would stay again.

Our family of four had a great stay here! The location and facilities are wonderful. Loved the view from our balcony. The pool was never crowded. Fire pits available for a lovely relaxing evening next to the water. Condo is well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfy with extra blankets to spare. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Loved having the washer and dryer available too. Greg was very responsive if I needed to reach him for anything.

There was every utensil and small appliance needed to cook a gourmet meal and both regular and Keurig coffee makers. It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. There were plenty of beach towels, along with some beach toys and a cooler in the laundry room. One thing we weren’t aware of until the last day, there is a large ice machine on the ground level. The elevator key gets you in. It was really windy during our stay, and we really enjoyed hanging out at the lagoon beach to get out of the wind. It’s a little too cloudy to snorkel in, but it was nice just to lay on the swim rafts. The jetty is nice to walk out on, and there are several grills and lots of places to sit and relax. We didn’t meet a crabby person on the property. The only downside, is this place may have spoiled us for future stays in Key Largo! We usually just stay in a hotel. We would definitely recommend this place.

This place is great!!!! Great resort with several pools, a marina, walking paths and a very laid back vibe! We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!!!

This site was beautiful and the amenities were fantastic. Linens were a bit worn and the place could have used updating. Enough toilet paper was not provided. I wish there had been a fact sheet to tell me about all the amenities of the property (pools, lagoon, kayak usage, dumpster location, etc.). I found out most things by asking other guests.
