The home it self is perfectly fine and it’s prime location beautiful, But the home is not kept up by the Vacasa cleaners the home is just swept over beds made, bathrooms cleaned floors dirty walls dirty, cabinets dirty cabinets broken patio look like a tornado had hit it barbecue cover on the floor sand everywhere beach chairs with mildew baseboards have not been even swept over or wiped down The refrigerator was wiped down and still had a odor to previous food that had been there before we arrived. Hi took a whole day sweeping, mopping, wiping down baseboards cleaned out refrigerator wipe down all the cabinets and door jams clean the patio because we called someone to come and redo the windows windows were never done she came by and windows were still the same and left the patio like it was that they were going to send someone to clean the patio never happened, I called two days later to see if someone can come in please clean the patio they said they would be there within a few hours no one ever arrived at this point I gave up and clean the patio myself .

Clean little beach unit, perfectly located on the boardwalk with lots of activities for both the young and old, from walking, biking, swimming, sunbathing, roasting marshmallows, cruising the harbor, dining, etc. all within walking distant literally from the back door.

Amazing location directly on the Balboa board walk. I liked that our 7 month old was able to play in the grass just out front. We had a few hiccups during our stay but Vacasa's staff was prompt, communicative and sincere about addressing everything and taking care of us.

Being in the boardwalk and have a giant grass field for the kids to play in front of the home was great and still just steps away from the beach.

What a great view and wonderful neighborhood. The place itself is very clean and well stocked. They did their “inventory” check at 4:30 pm in the middle of us hauling our belongings and 2 dogs into the condo. Highly inconvenient. The fireplace is nonfunctional and it was cold that week. The microwave didn’t work and the fridge chirped like a cricket. Very noisy. It took 2 calls and one in-person communication to management before they finally addressed our issues 36 hours before we checked out. So we had no microwave and constant chirping. They never did fix the fridge, it continues to make a chirping sound. The repairman sprayed noxious materials on the fridge (he came at 5 pm) just before dinner. Made all of us cough and gave us a headache. We had to leave and air out the place even though it was 45 degrees outside. There is no noise barrier between the up and down units(not mentioned it was 2 stories in ad). The upstairs people were not rowdy people. BUT we heard every step like it was thunder, every flush, and the shower sounded like a monsoon over the master bedroom. They were night owls so we heard them loudly til 1-2 am. Never again. This management company is very disorganized. I was told several times now “short staffed” they are. Then stop charging the exorbitant prices and pay your staff.

we were so amazed by the welcoming atmosphere of the place, so neat, orderly and clean. the place is just so perfect for 10 people + 2 guests. We requested for the air mattress with an additional fee of $60 but it was not holding air. it was flat in the morning. we end up not using it at all the next night. we're happy we are on the ground floor (Flat A) because my parents ages 78 and 75 have trouble climbing up the stairs. but overall, I would say it was a beautiful and quiet place. I will surely be coming back here. I highly recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you so much.

Oh, and just an FYI for the owner: the vacuum in the bedroom is a goner; didn't suck up anything. Broom works fine though! ;)

The unit was big and accommodated everyone comfortably and also had everything that you have at your own home sans AC, which wasn't needed in the cooler weather. The garage space was also appreciated and because we brought two vehicles, I parked my truck conveniently in the public parking area and downloaded the ParkMobile to pay for parking, which was reasonable. We can't wait to stay here again!

Place was beautiful, great location. Easy check in and check out. Only 1 thing was a disappointment was hearing the upstairs guest. You can hear toilets flush, shower run, running up and down stairs, footsteps when they walk and doors closing. But overall was awesome!

Beautiful property at a great location. Easy access to everything

The location of this property is right by the pier and public parking lots. Not only that, there are neighbors living above with three small children who kept us up every night with their crying. Between car alarms and all the other noises. I think everyone should know what to expect.
