We stayed at this home for a conference. The home was tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that there were three bedrooms with comfy beds and two full bathrooms upstairs. We had everything we needed at the home and were able to shop for the things we wanted. There was a lovely screened in sitting area out back overlooking the pond. We were a short 15 minute walk to the conference center at Saddlebrook, which was the perfect distance for us to walk each day.
We had a problem finding our welcome email with our entry code (entirely my fault) and Kim was so quick to respond with new info and a new code. We had a few other requests/questions while we were there and they were so quick to respond and very accommodating.
We would highly recommend this home and highly recommend iTrip.

Our second time booking this condo. Very nice and quiet vacation spot. Comfortable and spacious, perfect for having a resting spot when exploring the Wesley Chapel area. Would recommend!!

This condo is just as pictured. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio and watch all the birds come to the lake. We were very comfortable staying here. Hope to visit again soon.

When we travel from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in the Winter the most important thing for us are the outdoor spaces. Sitting in the screened in area looking at the water is one of the most beautiful, peaceful experiences ever and we also especially loved walking in the Saddlebrook property every morning.
Kim and Charles were v great hosts.

We spent the month of January 2023 at Edgewater - and it was great. Any minor questions were immediately taken care of by Charles and Kim at iTrip. The unit was well stocked with enough kitchen equipment, and the 3 bedrooms with 2 and 1/2 baths were very comfortable. It is directly in front of a good size pond - and looking at all the wildlife was very tranquil and serene - just like a postcard. We would definitely stay here again. It is right in the middle of Saddlebrook Resort and two golf courses - Charles and Kim worked out a deal to get a discount on Greens Fees....great place.

My wife, daughter and two granddaughters and I had to quickly find a place to go immediately following the recent hurricane. We lost our electric and water during the storm and my wife uses CPAP when she sleeps. Kim and Charles were super while working with us at that time and we really appreciated their help. The townhouse was extremely nice and was located on a very lovely lake in a resort community that was dotted with very nice/friendly neighborhoods. The unit was well equipped and located very close to shopping which made it convenient for us to get much needed food and other supplies. I would not think twice about staying there again.

We had a wonderful time at the property! It was vey spacious and clean. The neighborhood is picture perfect and very quiet. The hosts were easy to reach and very helpful with checking in and any questions we had were answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a great week in Florida!

We stayed here while attending a family reunion. The place has a great location. Not far from the main resort. I would stay here again.

Great stay
Great home away from home! Very close to the golf course that my children were playing on…made it easy to walk to their tee time and not worry about parking!!! Loved the back porch! Kim was very a great host and was extremely easy to contact. We will stay here again!

We loved the huge lanai overlooking a large pond and being able to watch the birds and fish. It was very nice to have 2.5 baths with great water pressure. The beds were comfortable. No carpets anywhere so nice clean floors. There was room for 2 cars to park and lovely grounds with lots of trees . We needed a few items for the kitchen and Kim was extremely quick to respond and dropped them off for us! A great place for a family to spend some time.

Great stay
I had a little trouble finding the place because GPS was a little off and the guard at the gate was no help. However, when I called Kim she was very helpful and directed me in. The condo was very spacious and clean with a wonderful view over the lake. This was a perfect spot for a quick business trip to Saddlebrook.
