Lattitide Adjustment was our own little slice of heaven this past week! We didn’t see a beach that was more beautiful than our private beach. The water was incredible and doesn’t even compare to anywhere else! The pool was well used and refreshing! The house was beautiful and was perfect for us. We definitely will return. The living room with 3 large sofas were great for our group. The table is large and comfortably fit our group of 10. Charlene and Tricia were both incredible and so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole week. It was our very favorite vacation and will always hold a special place for us! The beds were on another level!! We all want to order new mattresses and sheets! We had a chef come one night and cook for us and he also said he loved this home!! All the details have been well thought out. It just really was PERFECTION!

Lattitude Adjustment was the perfect home for our multigenerational family vacation to the gorgeous island of Great Exuma! We appreciate the owners and on-site team thinking of all the details, big and small, to make us feel welcome and at home. Charlene, the property manager and on site concierge contact, was very helpful. I could write a whole review about how wonderful she was to our family. She pre-stocked our groceries, helped us any time we had a question, and quickly lined up service professionals to repair a few house issues caused by an unexpected lightning storm. Service and communication from Charlene and Tricia, the owner, could not have been better. They were both wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are large and comfortable and the bed linens are plush and clean. We hired a chef for a few meals but cooked several meals in the home and found the kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. We look forward to booking Lattitude Adjustment for future trips with family and friends. A big shout out and thank you again, to Charlene and the owners for everything.

The views at this property are what made our stay extra memorable. I feel like the crystal clear water got bluer and more mesmerizing as the days went by. Our group regretted not staying longer than 4 nights. The house was spacious enough for our group of six. I personally stayed in Da Cottage and it was absolutely fabulous. Super comfortable bed and linens. AC worked great as well. We didn’t use the pool as much as we thought we would. It was out of commission the first day or two we were there. Also note, shampoo and conditioner are not provided so you will need to bring your own or buy at the local supermarket. Overall, this property deserves a 5 star rating. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Exuma. The close proximity (5 mins) to the airport made it super convenient to access as well.

The beach is beautiful. The house worked out well for 9 of us. My wife, son, his wife and 5 grandchildren. All over 21. The house had a lot to offer, providing equipped to enjoy. All was great except the bug bites.

My husband and I rented “Latitude Adjustment” for 10 wonderful days and invited another couple to join us. Prior to arrival, Tricia (our host) promptly and kindly answered all of my questions, along with sending an extensive “Welcome Letter” email that included Island information, activities and helpful hints. We took advantage of the pre-stocking for groceries and arranging for a rental vehicle. Charlene (the on-island concierge) met us at the airport with our rental car and accompanied us to the house. “WOW!” was our first (and lasting) impression of the property. We entered the main house to find a lovely “welcome gift”, then Charlene took us on a tour of the property. Everything about “Latitude Adjustment” exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home with a well-stocked kitchen, amazing outdoor living area & grill and very comfy beds. The “icing on the cake” was the incredible white sandy beach and crystal clear aquamarine water. We awakened each morning to beautiful sunrises and tropical breezes - perfect for a walk on the beach. Although there are lots of activities available on Exuma, we spent our days enjoying this beautiful beach. Charlene continued to be available throughout our stay, answering our many questions and arranging for an in-home dinner prepared by a local Chef. We are already planning a return visit to “Latitude Adjustment” next year. Many thanks to Tricia and Charlene - you are the best!

My family and I have been going to Exuma for the past 5 years and have stayed at different houses each time to experience other properties. After staying at Latitudes, we already booked for next year and may never change again. It is just perfect. Plenty of space, great layout, Super management and amazing access and response from the owner. I almost don't want to leave this review, so no one knows about it. It is a gem!!!

Thank you for the use of your wonderful home. The access to the beach and ocean were so nice, for walking, swimming and just hanging out. Exuma is a very chill island and should be experienced. Thanks to Charlene the property manager who was so helpful and provided good insight about the island, the house and Bahamian culture. Lots of memories made for sure.....appreciate the hospitality.

A group of 12 friends stayed for my 40th birthday and this house was beyond our expectations! The house manager Charlene was in touch with us during the two weeks before our arrival and helped with pre stocking groceries, getting a chef to do some dinners, and arranging a private half day boat tour. The only thing the listing doesn’t show is just how comfortable the couches and beds ate- truly the best l’ve experienced in a rental. We are already looking at dates to come back to Latitude Adjustment!

Amazing Property, Home, Amenities and The most Gracious people The Bahamians! Driving from the Right side of the car and opposite side of the road opposed to the USA, was a thrill every time. Especially the passengers, all very vocal and expressive as if they were on a roll a coaster ride!! Charlene, our Host, property manager was available at the touch of a phone. She began by email and WhatsApp 30 days prior to arrival.!! She assisted us and guided us with planning from: Stocking the home with groceries and other items you may need, Planning meals and recommendations for restaurants and reservations, Introducing Island Chef’s to prepare meals in the Home, Assisting with rental car reservations, Meeting us at the airport and guiding us to the Property (3 minute drive and not a sound noted from airport traffic).. Charlene was available 24/7. Charlene went way beyond the call of duty. Thank you Charlene!! Captain Angelo took us for 4 hour tour around the island by Boat. He also was very Gracious and serving. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Everything was perfect. There were a few minor “hiccups” not really worth mentioning but were resolved quickly. Perfect location for our family and the beach was magnificent. If I made any suggestions, mostly because our group was rather large, would be to add an electric broom for guests to use.

The Latitude Adjustment home was beautiful, clean and more than any of us expected. The property manager (Charlene) made this the easiest trip we've ever taken.

From the time we booked until we left the property, both the owner and the property manager were very responsive to communication regarding our stay. The home is beautiful with a great layout for several couples or a large family. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. There is great separation of space so guests have privacy and a quiet place of their own when desired. We enjoyed the many board games, the beautiful beach just steps from the back door, relaxing on the deck, the beautiful sunrises, bonfire in the fire pit and just relaxing in the evenings streaming a Netflix movie. This property is centrally and conveniently located to access both the east and west areas of this beautiful island. Our family had a fabulous 10 days in this little slice of paradise. Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I brought our family of 8 down for a week of fun in the sun. The house was perfect for us. The best thing was Charlene, the house manager. She was right there to handle any problem or give suggestions for food and fun! We all loved it so much that we will surely book this house again next year! The Byrd Family Mississippi

The pictures do not do this house Justice. Was in love with the layout and location and all the amenities offered. The beach the house is located on is absolutely beautiful with the best sunset colors. Filtered water and surround sound SONOS throughout the property were such a nice bonus I wouldn’t have thought of needing. All the little touches throughout really made the house special. The owner was always in touch and helpful, even checking in on us without asking. We are booked for next year and cannot wait to get back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. It was perfect in every way for our family vacation. Karen was there as soon as we arrived to show us around and answer questions. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

The Vine House is BEAUTIFUl... From the moment we walked in the Villa, we felt at home. We were able to relax and recharge during our stay. Thank you for all the little details in home and sharing your spot with us!!! We enjoyed cooking at the house, soaking in the pool and relaxing on the beautiful beach. We even enjoyed a few evenings with wine on the porch watching the sunset!!!! No picture can truly capture the amazing views!!! 10/10 experience!!! We can not wait to return!!!!

Our family had a great week at Vine House. It had everything we needed and the whole interior/exterior Sonos sound system was nice to have. Location was great, just 5 minutes from the airport and within 10 minutes from groceries. The kids spent hours right in front of the home playing in the waves and really enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks in the coconut grove. Da Cottage was also a great addition. All in all, I felt the property was nicer in person and management was very responsive when we had a need. Would definitely rent from Good Life again. Thank you for a memorable week for our family!
