The location was fantastic within a 10 minute walk of a beach, in a very quiet neighborhood with really friendly neighbors. The property is gorgeous and the views from the living room are spectacular would definitely come back here again men was really responsive to any requests that we made.

It was perfect for our family. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to cook some of our meals here. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has everything to make it feel home away from home. The house was prepared for kids by having toys and books (my kids appreciated that). The weather was perfect, we ate every dinner outside on the front porch. The view of the mountains is beautiful! When we come back to Kauai, we’ll be staying here again!

Surprisingly everything you’d want or need! All you need provided. Super clean!

Would have been nice to have check in access code a day or two in advance or to have it texted to phone rather than by email the day of for those of us who do not have email on a cell phone and are traveling all day long distances by air and out of touch coming over the Pacific. Also I believe description said TVs in all bedrooms but on arrival three bedrooms were without TV. Even if TV was available never could get regular TV cable to work despite completing the corrective measures outline in home instructions. Did not feel like taking last option of calling Spectrum because did not want to wait all day for them to show up during our vacation(Experience tells me that is what happens). Other than above house was wonderful with great location.

We brought 5 adult children for a 21st birthday trip. The home was perfect for all of us!!! We had all of the amenities one could hope for. We spent so much time on the front porch, and in the open kitchen/living room, and never felt crowded. Location was perfect for travel to so many beautiful beaches, with a grocery store and other shopping within 15-20 min drive. There were beach chairs and snorkel gear available in the garage. We would most definitely stay at this home again.

Our favorite feature was the large lanai on the front of the house. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location was terrific, right in the heart of Princeville, with easy access to walking trails, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. And amazing views of the beautiful Kauai mountains. We also enjoyed the short drive (~10 min) to Hanalei Beach and spent a day at Ha'ena State Park. The washer/dryer was also very welcome. The house was well-appointed, too. Only hiccup was the ice machine in the fridge wasn't working. But property management company was very responsive. Overall, a relaxing family vacation. Would be happy to return one day!

This home was absolutely wonderful. It is gorgeous and very well built. The layout was great for two families and it offered plenty of space for us all. There was a ton of sand toys, chairs and boogie boards which everyone loved. This home has everything you need and could not have been any better! Communication was excellent and everything was labeled.

Beautiful, trendy, clean, bright, modern, and well furnished. This was our first time visiting Hawaii, and this home was ideal for a relaxing family getaway in Paradise. The views of the mountains from the front porch were stunning! We found a couple of beaches within walking distance, but some were easier to access than others with the steep terrain. We did a lot of driving to the southern part of the island for shopping and other activities. Thank you for making our stay such a lovely experience!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy. We had everything we needed and loved sitting out on the covered patio on rainy days. With The rainy weather we got we would have enjoyed a hot tub and maybe some family games, but overall we would definitely recommend this home! It was stocked well with linens, cookware, and everything we needed.

Beautiful home for a family or group of friends! The home was in immaculate condition. The hosts have paid attention to all the small details.

We are a family of 9 who was traveling to Kauai and this house worked out great for us. I do second the previous suggestions of labeling the light switches and some WD40 on the doors - it was tricky to close the door on our toddlers after putting them to sleep because they were so squeaky. The beach stuff was a god send and the location was a perfect and quiet in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for a great week in Kauai and we would rent it again on the future.

We had a wonderful time in this home! It was immaculate and well appointed.. We loved that it was a block from the golf course, where we took the sunset golf cart tour (highly recommended). The home had a supermarket (Foodland) and shops nearby, which came in handy. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely visits again!

We had a great time staying at the house. There was plenty of room and the house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a week in Kauai.

If you are staying on the north side with a group or large family, this is the place to stay. Well equipped with everything you could ask for and more. This house delivers.

My family stayed here for a much needed vacation in Kauai! We loved this place so much- the pictures really don't do justice to how spacious and relaxing this house is. It was fully stocked with all necessities and we enjoyed the beautiful view and proximity to Hanalei bay, the taro field overlook and Queen's bath! Most definitely would stay there again.

Overall it was super..the location is excellent and the place was so clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for the location and quality of the house. However a few suggestions …WD40 the door hinges …more clothes hangers …need an iron and board …and please label the light switches! Stayed there a week and couldn’t tell you how they worked.

Ti Hale was the perfect home for friends and family to spread out comfortably, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The numerous windows and sliders allowed the home to stay breezy and cool...just what you want on an Hawaiian vacation. The amenities/housewares/linens were plentiful and easy to find and use. You couldn't ask for a better location in Princeville...Makai Golf Club and Queens Bath are just footsteps away. We look forward to our next visit and would happily stay at Ti Hale again.

The house is beautiful and welcoming and It was perfect for our family. It’s been 10 years since our last family vacation to Kauai so this time our two sons brought their girlfriends. It gave us privacy when we wanted and a great open area to come together as a family. The house was close to shopping, great restaurants and awesome beach spots. The house provided all the amenities we needed and then some. Much appreciation and definitely recommend this house to any family staying on this beautiful island of Kauai!

Wonderful new property, served our families very well! The management company did a great job responding to our questions and even delivered bags of ice to address a misbehaving icemaker on the fridge. Overall a great choice!

Property was great, close to town, was upgraded and had all amenities we we’re looking for. It was a short walk to Queens Bath. We would definitely come back.
