Local residents in search of a relaxing getaway. Perfect location, peaceful environment, great bed, and well stocked villa. We really enjoyed having club access as well.

This is our second year in a row renting this condo. Why? I don't know. First off, it's super clean and comfortable. The white tile floor throughout is a plus because it was spotless when we arrived and was easy to keep sand-less with a little vacuuming. The attention to detail is impressive. From the instructions on how to use the WiFi to the beach toys in one of the closets, it's clear that the hosts are thinking about their renters and want them to have a nice time. Finally, although it's in the middle building the view from the deck is excellent. We had breakfast on it every single morning. In short, forget about it. Especially in June, that's when we'll want to book again, next year!

I highly recommend this property! It is exactly as described, if not better. For me, the view is a priority and this one is excellent. You see the dunes and the water but not the beach, which makes it feel very secluded. The sun sets directly over the water in front of you, very beautiful all of our stay. The property is clean and comes with basic stuff you would need to cook. We chose to dine out but the kitchen is spacious enough to prepare meals if you wanted. There are lots of nearby dining options, both in the club (using the provided amenities card) and out.. Just so you know, the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. Plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure. As far as “what to do”: So many things to choose from! We don’t golf or bike so for us it was all about relaxing in the sun, reading, walking, and watching birds and dolphins. Next time we will stay longer and see more of the area (historical or nature tours). These hosts go out of the way to make your getaway a good experience. The instructions were detailed and spot on! A week prior to our trip, I had a question for the hostess and she was prompt with a reply. She made me feel confident that our trip would be wonderful- and it was!

The property felt like home on the beach. We rented bikes and with just a quick walk were on the beach at low tide between boardwalk 1 and 2 watching the dolphins. This is definitely a repeat vacation for us.

this place was perfect for my husband and i to immerse ourselves in Nature! we woke up to the sunrise after walking to the east side of the island and we watched the sunset right out back of the condo. We saw dolphins every morning very close to us, pelicans, deer, lizards, jelly fish! Connie keeps the place so clean and it’s easy to get in and out. Thank you Connie. We love your little piece of paradise and feel honored to have experienced it for a few days. i also brought my yoga mat and did yoga on the porch everyday. it was perfect!

My daughter and I took this trip the second week of March for a girls vacation. We felt very safe and secure at the condo and the sunsets were amazing! We did take advantage of the Lakehouse amenities and everyone was so kind to help with anything we needed. We also took advantage of a horse ride along the beach - this is a must do while visiting! The owner was very kind and gracious with any questions we had and the condo was a perfect size for the both of us - Highly recommend.

The property owners were very prompt in answering any questions. The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked w kitchen utensils, coffee pots, ext. the view was beautiful, esp for the sunset! The neighborhood was so clean and peaceful! Great place to ride bikes. The pool and shop is just a short ride or walk away. Also loves Freshfields Market!! We are sorry we had to leave early due to family reasons. Hope to return another day! Thank you!

Definitely one of our best beach rental experiences. Great location and the condo had everything we needed. Loved seeing the dolphins swim by from the patio and the sunsets were truly amazing. We’ll be back the next time we escape to the low country for a visit.

Connie was very prompt and responsive to any questions we had. We had a great weekend for our 15th anniversary and the view was beautiful. We look forward to our next trip to Seabrook!

We loved our stay! Our favorite part was the perfect view of the sunset over the water. The place was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. I can only hope we will be able to spend more time here in the future!

So happy with our stay here! The condo is perfect, clean and comfortable! We appreciated the communication prior to ensure we had all appropriate items for our stay on the island (car pass, amenity card, etc). The deck was so peaceful in the morning and allowed for beautiful sunsets in the evening. It’s a quick, safe 8 minute walk to the Club.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at this clean and comfortable condo in Seabrook! Connie went above and beyond to help us with our reservation and ensuring our stay was very pleasant!

The owners do an outstanding job with communication throughout the rental process and set you up to be able to use the community’s facilities.

The villa was just as pictured, especially that wonderful view. The deck was great for our morning coffee and for breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Connie answered right away any questions we had. Great working directly with the owners , who had a vested personal interest in our enjoying stay. Connie and Don anticipated everything we needed for cooking, relaxing indoors, and enjoying the beach. We had a great time. Hope to return.

This home is in a fantastic location just off the open ocean in an inlet to the North Edisto River. Access to the beach is right out the back entrance to the condo, and we loved all the wildlife we saw in the natural space between the condo and the beach. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the sunsets are from right off the balcony! The villa was very clean and we found it to be just as advertised. Cheryl is an extremely responsive host and puts a lot into making sure her guests have a great stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!
