Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, very well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, beautiful location on the golf course with deer in back yard every evening. Bike rental is a must for getting to the beach but you'll want to anyway just because it is so enjoyable to ride through Palmetto Dunes. Easy bike ride to the beach access path. We were there when Hurricane Idalia came through so we had heavy winds that left a lot of debris in our yard and the pool. It took several days and phone calls before anyone came to vacuum the pool (I know they were very busy) so we ended up cleaning most of it ourselves so we could enjoy it. Island Time staff were very nice and accommodating though and this is a wonderful home so we would 100% rent it again or another property they manage in the future!

Week in HHI. Everything was nice and as advertised. Nice renovated house. We arrived early on Sat for a golf tournament and it would have been helpful to get into our property even an hour early. We made the request and heard nothing. I feel like the house was ready earlier but Island Time makes no effort to allow people in early. We got in at 4. But week was very nice.

Took my family including my wife, two adult children, their spouses and two little grandsons for the week together. Eight counting the shorties. The home was beautiful and in excellent like-new condition. Bedrooms were accomodating and spacious and the living areas were comfortable and large. Pool was beautiful and the home was located on the RTJ Golf Course. Great Golf Course view and we had several deer visiting on a regular basis. The owners generously allowed us garage access so we could keep our beach gear and bikes out of the elements. Lovely, private location. Enjoyed our stay and living for the week in this beautiful home.
