We stayed over the Christmas weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the place . Clean cheerful decor and windows with views every way you look . The layout is cozy. The neighborhood is beautiful and the walk to the beach is easy.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach...gathering at Pointe West for the past 5 years. The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying there and hope come back soon!

We love this house - the setup with 2 masters and 2 bunk bed rooms works perfectly for my sister and I to bring our families. The house is well stocked across the board - kitchen, towels, and beach equipment. The house was well cleaned and put together nicely. The individual I worked with was very responsive and responsible. I didn’t have any worries. Thank you so much and we hope to come back soon!

We had stayed in this home a few years ago, so when we saw the available listing, we knew it would work well for our multi-family group with young children. The house is clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a group with kids, including baby gate, beach toys, high chairs, etc., not to mention all the kitchen supplies, linens, soaps, and other amenities you need for a group. Kerri was communicative and proactive ahead of our trip, which was so appreciated too. While the kitchen area is a little tight, and a second downstairs refrigerator would be great for the number of people the house sleeps, overall this is a great house with thoughtful owners. Thank you!

Amazingly beautiful home. Very new, clean and comfortable. Communication with home owner was excellent. Everything you may need is there. Coffee, coffee maker, sugar, laundry detergent etc… two master bedrooms was a big plus!

We had such a wonderful experience with this property! The owner contacted us with instructions and "what to do" around the property. The property is small but cozy. Love the second master upstairs! It helped out with the kids! It's close to the ocean. We enjoyed this place very much!

We stayed for my son's High School Prom. The house was perfect for teenagers with the upstairs space. Love that the home was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices etc. That was a nice feature. Also access to the beach gear was very convenient.

This is a beautiful home, the host was great to talk with and ask questions. We went for a youth confirmation retreat which isn't really relaxing haha, but the area is very quiet and pleasant, great view out the living room window and a short walk to the beach.

Great property for our families to get together and enjoy ourselves. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. Great having beach towels available. Would totally stay again!

We needed a Girls Weekend so why not Galveston! The house was beautiful!! It was within walking distance to the beach where it was not crowded, all the extra items we needed, great scenary, and having access to the Clubehouse, Bar/Restaurant, Pools and Lazy River was the best! Would highly recommend to stay and will come back!

Kerri was a fantastic host. Everything was just as described in the listing. We had a great time at the house and the Beach Clubs (both less than a 2 minute drive). The beach wasnt crowded at all and it was incredibly clean! Definitely recommend!

The homeowner has done a wonderful job of anticipating the needs of their guests. If we stay again (which I definitely would!) we wouldn’t need to bring ANYTHING for the beach. They have any beach toy/accessory you could ever think of: sand toys, boogie boards, tent, wagons, chairs, coolers, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils and the home was roomy enough for our extended family to fit without being crowded. The kids loved TVs in their rooms and having bunk beds. There was an issue with the refrigerator during our stay, but the owner responded IMMEDIATELY to resolve the issue above and beyond my expectations. If you have young children (under 5) I would suggest renting a golf cart to drop them off at the beach, otherwise you really wouldn’t need one as the distance is certainly walkable for teens/adults.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!
If you're looking at this home and it's available, book now! You will not be disappointed. This home is absolutely beautiful. The floor plan is spacious and there is additional space (in the shade) in the garage area. I love that there is a second King suite. I also enjoyed the front and side porches.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed from pots and pans to utensils, etc. It even has food storage containers (which so many rentals don't so that was a pleasant surprise).
The walk to the beach didn't take long and I was also pleasantly surprised with their large collection of beach toys, chairs, shade canopy and wagon. The beach area is less crowded than other areas of the beach. We would look to either side and see crowds but hardly anyone was in our area.
The owner was easy to reach out to and answered our questions quickly.
We hope to return next summer!

Would recommend staying here, very clean and has everything you need, wonderful amount of things for children to play with. I would highly recommend getting a golf cart for transporting your group to and from the beach and pool.

This was our first time going to the Galveston area and renting a beach house. The experience was wonderful and super easy. This house is beautiful, well maintained and had so many extras available like toys, it may our stay so nice, especially with young children. I’m hoping we can make this a yearly tradition and would love to stay again!

There are plenty of beach toys (we didn’t use any as it was too cold when we went) but they have games for inside too. Community is quiet. The restaurant and bar was great. The pools and lazy River were not heated when we arrived due to a replacement part. Host was very kind when we let her know. Kitchen has everything you need except a crockpot or air fryer would be a nice addition. Other than that the beds are cozy and shower pressure is nice! Will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The location was prefect, it was near the beach and close to the beach club. The home was extremely clean and our kids loved riding their bikes in the neighborhood. I even caught a fish in the pond located behind the house? We are looking forward to renting this home again.
