Property was just what they said. Beds were very comfortable and place was very spacious. I cannot say enough good about the place as we had no problems at all! Recommended 5 out of 5.

What a fantastic experience and location to stay.

Upon arrival it was noticed that the property was not clean. There was garbage, dust balls, food/crumbs behind, underneath, and in the couches. Floors were sticky. End tables had food crumbs & smears on them. Dishes from previous renter were left in dishwasher & appeared to be dirty, but possibly stained. A used razor was left in the shower. There was dried brown/reddish substance in multiple spots on the bed comforter (appeared to be blood). Dried brown/reddish substance on decorative pillows from multiple different rooms as well.
Erin was informed and was very apologetic for the situation. She offered to have the cleaner swing by in the morning since it was later in the evening. I explained to her that I had already done all the cleaning because no one wants to stay and a dirty vacation rental nor could I allow my small children to be touching all of the disgusting things in the condo. We communicated back-and-forth and eventually I said there not much she could do because I had already wasted a couple of hours on my first night of vacation ignoring my children to clean and I couldn’t get that back. I asked for a partial refund. That is when Erin’s tone changed. She was no longer apologetic and informed us that their cleaning service doesn’t do a “deep clean”, but she would talk to the owner of the condo. Time passed and eventually she asked for our address to send us “a little something” for the inconvenience… still waiting on that… a little inconvenience, I think not.

My out of town family met us at the lake and this condo was perfect for us. Enough space, clean, and comfortable. The host was responsive and nice when I contacted her for something not just checking in. I would def. Stay here again.

Was excited about our girls trip. Check in was great, Neither sliding door to the deck locked. Of course no one slept much. Was not a safe feeling. When called i was asked what I wanted her to do about it. Not the answer I was looking for. She did later apologize and has plans to replace the latches. After our trip was over of course. To late for our safety. Living room couch is in poor condition makes a huge noise when sat on, all three mattress needs replaced not at all comfortable. Someone else’s breakfast cereal under couch and loveseat along with much dust. Was very easy to see it. Was deck construction going on at the unit attached that I do understand has to be done but a heads up for the extra noise and just knowing there were men working on the deck attached that knew there were 3 females next door and knew the doors did not lock , again did not help us feel safe.
We are not complainers, BUT, we as well as our families want to stay safe at all time during any and all travels. We have families and responsibilities in which we have responsibilities for Please present your place as it is and give us the choice of deciding if we feel safe and comfortable. The guests staying there or anywhere should always feel safe.

This condo was AMAZING! We had a total of 5 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us. HUGE + having a walk in unit & the views from the balcony were spectacular (plenty of seating)it was shaded in the evenings and so much fun sitting out talking and watching the boats! The kitchen had everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking on the propane grill. The bathrooms were well furnished and the towels were very soft, beds were comfortable, the place was SUPER clean, the pool was a short walk and it was well maintained kids loved it plus it overlooked the lake! Erin was great and very responsive anytime you messaged her! I loved how they left cleaning supplies under the sink for us to use as well! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to the Ozark’s!

My siblings and I have started visiting the lake annually with our families. My two children and their spouse, along with my infant and toddler grandchildren and i stayed here. I loved it having no stairs to access and no stairs inside so i didn't have to worry about the little ones falling. We were all very comfortable in this property it was very clean and the beds we comfortable. The view was phenomenal, and we enjoyed watching the birds and boats. The beach was a hit with all the adults and children in our group and the pools were very close to our room so if course we also spent time there. I look forward to my stay here next year.

We had a great weekend with family friends. The location was ideal. Two pools and a beach/lake front access, which our kids loved. Great view of the lake! And condo was clean/updated and exactly as listed. Highly recommend!

My sister and our friends spent the weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks and this was the perfect condo. So cute, very clean, awesome location for restaurants and swim up bars. Erin was so easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to all of my questions. Get time, great place, great host!

The condo was perfect for our family! It has a great kitchen with all of the things you might need to cook. The pack & play, crib, etc we’re a great bonus! The kids loved the game box. The deck is brand new, has a nice grill, and an amazing view! We enjoyed spending a lot of time on the deck relaxing! The bathrooms were furnished nicely and had plenty of soft towels. The washer & dryer were nice to have. The pools were very clean. The kids liked the playground and beach area! The property manager was very responsive & helpful for any questions, etc. Check in & out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit!

The stay was amazing with the most phenomenal view. The Residence was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The sofa sleeper did not have sheets available, and the locks on both sliders were not functional, but overall the stay was great. Erin is wonderful to work with and the check in was super easy. It's a walk in unit with no stairs. Location is about 4 miles from most nightlife.

This condo has everything you can want. We really felt at home .Great view of lake. Nice balcony. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Well maintained. Great water pressure for shower (once you read the instructions explaining how to turn on the water LOL).
Erin, the hostess is very responsive and helpful. Gave good recommendations for where to eat!

We had a really good stay. The property was very clean, cozy and had a great view of the expanse of the lake. It’s very close to everything you would need on a vacation. Erin is a wonderful host and was very responsive, answered all our questions almost instantaneously and gave great recommendations for renting a boat. I would thoroughly and highly recommend Erin as a host and the rental as a great vacation spot. Thank you for the great place and helping us creat some great memories!

We stayed for 5 days/4 nights at this condo. We had nearly every single thing we needed, especially for our 15 month old grandson. Erin provided all the things you’d need when traveling with a little one and that made things so much easier for us. Erin was also very quick to respond when we messaged her pre-rental, during and after rental as well. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, great location with a perfect view of the lake. Our only complaint? The pool was extremely cold and that was completely our fault for booking late in the year. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Erin!!

Just like at home, the head board was dust and the deck had cobwebs lol but a great place, would definitely stay again. The unit slept 9 but only had 8 sets of towels, good thing we only needed 7.

We have rented this condo for several years and have been very pleased. It is comfortable and very up to date with a great view of the channel. We are boaters and enjoy the water most every day of our 2 week stay. This location is great as it is centrally located to most of our destinations, be it by water or land.
Communication with the owner was easy and she was always quick to respond. We are already looking forward to next summer!!

Wonderful Experience
This was our first ever trip to the Ozarks. The location was perfect, view was incredible. The condo is pretty true to the pictures, the beds were very comfy with plenty of bedding for all preferences. The kitchen was well supplied, all we needed to do was go grocery shopping. The bathrooms were clean and well supplied with plenty of fluffy towels. Overall the experience was wonderful and Erin was great to work with, very responsive to our needs and questions. We will certainly be back to this location.
A side note, our 13 year old son practically lived on the balcony, watching all the boats pass by and feeding the fish. :) Great entertainment!!

Short getaway!
The property was great. Beautiful view and decore. Comfortable beds, great communication with owner. Pool was nice and had a great time. Very friendly people around. We would definitely stay there again!

Very accommodating
There was a lot of thought out into this property. I traveled with my husband and 3 young kids and Erin thought of everything to make my packing much lighter. Not only was I able to leave the pack n play at home, she also provides a high chair and stroller. The place was beautiful and clean and had literally anything you can think of. I have stayed at other properties and had just the bare minimum. They were so many towels pillows and blankets that we could have slept a few more people. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Amazing stay
This property is amazing. Fantastic view of the main channel and it has one of the only beaches in the area where you can walk right into the water that is bathwater temperature. Condo had everything we needed and the beds were SO comfortable. Erin was super easy to work with and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. Thanks for allowing us to use your condo!

Erin has done a wonderful job making this vacation condo perfect for anyone interested in a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The condo is completely updated with top notch furnishings and amenities. We loved all the high end updates that have been completed on this unit. It is a walk in unit without steps as well. And the lake view from the very spacious deck makes you part of the action. Super short easy walk to the pool or boat docks. We will be back. Loved it.
