Loved waking up to the sunrise right from our balcony and the beach just below. Great location, great view and very helpful managers. :)

This small condo was perfect for us. We loved our water view. While the constant sounds of waves seemed loud at first, we quickly adapted to it and found it to be soothing. Highly recommend visiting Waimea Canyon for its spectacular views. The Kauai National Tropical Botanic Garden tour, while pricey, was fabulous and a highlight for us. Nearby Lyndgate Park was a lovely beach with opportunities for protected swimming but also had access to the open ocean. It was not nearly as crowded as Poipu Beach and had some shade opportunities.

The owners were very on top of things when we had a few minor issues. The location is very close to some outstanding restaurants, a local grocery and drug store, and coffee shops and gift stores. The Island is small, so navigating it and going to amazing sights is very doable. I can still see and hear the sound of the ocean at night when I go to sleep.

We had a bit of trouble finding it since the listing says Wailua House Lots and the actual sign on the property says Wailua Bay View. A great marketplace with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a gorgeous view.

This condo is in a perfect location to do day trips to any side of the island! Its also close and convenient to get to from the airport in Lihue. There is an excellent vew looking down the east side of the island with spectacular sunrises if you get up early to see them. The condo itself was very clean, was comfortable and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, perfect if you want to do some cooking at home to save some money! Lots of stuff within walking distance, multiple beaches, kayaking the Wailua River, shopping centers, grocery and the historic section of Kapa'a. It was a great place to stay!

We can't say enough positive things about this condo, the view, the owners, the property manager and the location! Had more than one contact with both Regina and Mark - very kind, friendly and helpful! Condo was comfortable, well stocked and the view was even better in person! What I loved about this apartment is the ocean view and the privacy. From our balconey, we never saw another soul, so it felt like our own, romantic hideaway. It is within walking distance to several good restauarants, and Kapa'a itself is central to many island adventures. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, but we did not need to use it as the ocean breeze also keeps things cool. The kitchen is well equipped, and I really appreciated the washer and dryer unit in the apartment. Overall, I felt that the listing was accurate, and I was very satisfied.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo! It was clean, comfortable , well stocked and a great central location to explore all areas of Kauai . We walked to a different restaurant every night for dinner and enjoyed the bakery across the street for coffee & treats after our morning stroll on the beach. Having snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler available was an added bonus along with the welcome snacks. Will be back next year. 🏝️ Local contacts were also very nice & helpful.

We loved everything about this condo except for the heat. The listing is correct that there is an AC unit in the bedroom only. The kitchen and living room got to be very warm in the afternoon and evening. Might not be as much of an issue if you are staying in non-summer months. But, we loved it so much that we'd probably stay again if we ever get the chance. Thank you!

Nice central location to all sides of the island. Condo in great condition and well stocked. Helpful property manager. Enjoyed the ocean on the lanai daily with breakfast and evening wine - watching the surfers, fishermen and the crashing wanes.

Perfect Escape from the AZ heat. A retreat on the beach, that felt comfortable and like, ‘home,’ with the pleasant accommodations, comfortable bedding, and kind grounds keepers. I look forward to staying here again!

This condo was the best equipped VRBO I have stayed in. It had absolutely everything. The beach stuff was great, the welcome basket of snacks were appreciated. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the fishermen and the chickens! I will definitely recommend this place. Mahalo!

I really enjoyed my stay at the condo. Everything was as pictured on the website. Very clean, outstanding views of the ocean and and in a good location, near many shops and restaurants (I did not rent a car, so this was key for me). Would definitely return in the future. Would highly recommend Regina and Scott’s place.

Overall, a decent condo for the price. However, the noise from the highway is a bit much at times. Also, the condo is a bit dated and there is a quite a bit of humidity, even for Kauai. The carpet is old and has a bit of a smell.

My sister and I spent a full week here, and wee were very pleased with the condo. The constant breeze and view from the unit was wonderful. The grounds were well kept with the efforts of the manager on site. The location was perfect as it allowed us good travel times both the the north and south portions of the island. We would be thrilled to book with Regina & Scott again for a future trip! Mahalo!!

Beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay there. One of the best views on the island from the patio and quiet, which we prefer. Property manager (Marvis) was very helpful and responsive.

The condo was clean and perfect for us. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We were able to watch surfers, turtles, and local fisherman. The only drawback was being right off the main highway which was very noisy when sleeping.

There were some minor issue and owner were very responsive. The property has a great ocean view and is walking distance from restaurants. stores and great coffee shop and bakery. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this unit. Super convenient to all areas of Kauai, easy to grab coffee, dinner, groceries or odds and ends. Saw whales breaching from the lanai with AM coffee. Went for a great run up and down the running path nearby. Served an excellent basecamp with more than typical odds and ends available to make the stay and cooking easier. Would happily stay again. Mahalo!

This place was fantastic. The condo itself could have used more things: Clocks, dishes, beach towels, Kleenex, but regardless it was a wonderful stay! Across the street from the most gorgeous beach and easy walking distance to various restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks in Regina & Scott’s clean, well cared for, well appointed and scenic condo on the east coast of Kauai. It proved to be the perfect place to stay during some inclement weather, a beautiful view of the ocean and waves and a balcony nicely sheltered from the rain. Similar to all the other positive reviews, we have no complaints and Regina (and Marvis on site) did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. A quiet, scenic and fabulous condo!

Gosh, where to start. We have stayed many places in Hawaii, this is our favorite. The view from the lanai is spectacular, location is awesome!!! Farmer's market, restaurants, shopping, all within easy walking distance. We'll be back for sure !

Clean, well-equipped, centrally located property. Very well priced and could not beat the view of the waves and hearing the ocean. Property well maintained.

This was our our 3rd stay at this complex. The unit was furnished nicely and was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to successfully prepare simple or gourmet meals.
The view was spectacular. There is really no need to leave the apartment. It has everything, but the ever changing, unobstructed ocean views cannot be beat.
The one drawback, and it may be temporary, was that the traffic flow made it a challenge to get in and out of the property, especially when trying to return from the north. The ongoing construction made it especially challenging.
We also noted that the overall property was nicely maintained, making the whole experience a pleasure. Both the overall property management team and the individual unit management was very responsive and helpful.
