We stayed here for 10 nights and had a very nice time. The home was clean, the pool is heated, and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is a short drive to everything and is nicely furnished, with plenty of towels and dishes. The owner Paul was very quick to respond with any questions and was quite friendly to work with. If we decide to stay on the north side of the key again we would definitely consider this home an option.

The house was sold the week before we arrived so there were a few transition headaches for us. The new owner Paul was very understanding and responsive. There is a lot to really like about this house - it’s very nicely decorated, huge well-appointed kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and there was lots of space for family members who needed to work remotely. Unfortunately, the pool heat wasn’t turned on until Wednesday so the pool water wasn’t warm enough to swim in until Thursday of our one-week stay. The hot tub is the same temperature as the pool. The “hot tub fee” was reimbursed. There were only four of us but this house would also be great for a larger group.

As well as bikes and any dish or appliance you could need. We liked that we could get to Sarasota and the village within 10 minutes so allowed us to visit all the area! We did not think the very small beach 5 minutes walk from house really classifies as a beach and we would have liked to be closer to the beach.

My family and I loved our trip to Siesta Key, which included my parents, my two children, and me and my wife. We loved the house and the location is perfect. It's about an 8 minute drive to the public beach and about 5 minutes to Siesta Key Village. The house is located on the north end of Siesta Key, so it is also convenient to get off the island to go to Sarasota for dinner or groceries. There's an Aldi and Publix very close by in Sarasota. For dinner, we enjoyed KaCey's Seafood and More, Walt's Fish Market, and Connor's Steak & Seafood. We loved the pool and the house is very nicely decorated. There also appeared to be a good supply of beach supplies, although we brought our own. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome time. This rental is just a short walk to a small beach with a shade tree. It’s also close to Siesta Key beach. But our favorite was the 20 min drive to Lido beach. There is an Aldi and a Publix a 5 min drive inland. Our daughter loved riding the bikes in the neighborhood. The pool is amazing, but be aware that the hot tub does not work. We didn’t have a problem with there being no umbrellas outside. The deck gives shade through most of the day and you can find shade toward the other side of the pool in the evenings. We cooked everyday and had everything we needed for that. The owner was very attentive and answered us quickly any time we had a question. We loved this place and would definitely stay again!

There is a well stocked kitchen for cooking too. The washer and dryer were essential and super handy. I ranked a 4 out of 5 flor cleanliness because we had pet hair on our pjs. This was our first week long rental and I didn’t realize “pets welcome,” so I take responsibility for that aspect. The pet hair isn’t really a big deal, but it really set my son’s allergies off. For that reason I’ll make sure to pay attention to that on future listings. The property manager was supposed to send directions and didn’t, which was okay because the GPS worked fine. It took several hours for a response when I messaged asking if beach chairs were available on the property. Again, not urgent, fortunately. We did end up finding them in the basement, but they were super rusted and not appealing whatsoever (as was the rest of the beach stuff that was in the basement). We absolutely loved the deck overlooking the pool and well manicured yard, but an umbrella would’ve been great either there or near the pool itself (strong sun until about 5pm) with barely any shade. I do recommend the property, but it’s important to share the details as I find it helpful when others do so as well.

When we arrived property was even nicer than the pictures. Very Clean well appointed. Everything worked just fine . The pool was fantastic. The location was close enough to main drag in Siesta but far enough away that you could have your serenity and privacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would easily recommend to anyone. On top of that the owner was kind enough to send us a note before arriving about this to do in the area and checked in to make sure everything was going well. This was our First VRBO and again it was stellar.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children and the pool was beautiful. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood close to the village with easy access to Sarasota. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of pool and beach toys, and the house was nicely decorated with new landscaping. The owner was great to work with and so accommodating and resolved minor issues quickly. We definitely would rent again.

Our family loved staying at this house, it felt like home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. It was a short distance to the village and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. I’d definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property management team and owner are on top of things and extremely responsive. Kitchen well stocked. The spaces are relaxing and calming with the high ceilings and beach colors. Beds are good. I would suggest it’s probably time for some items/furniture to be replaced.

This house is perfect for families. Great layout, plenty of space, big kitchen, and wonderful pool area with a convenient pool cabana room. Ping pong in the garage made for fun family tournaments. Evenings on the deck or in the warm spa watching the stars. Neighborhood quiet and easy to stroll. And the best beach in America is just a 5 minute drive down the road. The owner was super responsive and kind when minor things (WiFi password) came up. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot, and can’t wait to come back next year.

Straight away there was no hassle trying to collect keys to the property as entry is via a doorcode. Lovely spacious home and in a fab location. Great pool too. There are a couple of bikes at the house so my husband loved his morning cycle into the village for provisions. We had regular contact with the owner who could not have been be more helpful. 5* for everything !!

From the moment you park up on the drive of this stunning house you know your going to enjoy your holiday. The attention to detail throughout is amazing. Every single thing is catered for. You find yourself saying “ When we get Home a lot “ The house easily accommodates 6 adults. The pool is a great size and the gardens surrounding it creates a very private setting. It’s very clean and beautiful. The location is so close to Siesta village which has dozens of restaurants and ice cream shops. Your a 2 minute walk from a small shell beach which we saw a manatee at within an hour of being there. The famous siesta key beach is a 5 minute drive away and there is so much parking you’ll always find a space. The beach itself is stunning and looks much better than the pictures you’ll find online. The communication with the owner throughout our stay was impeccable and The recommendations he provides are second to none. I was 100% confident if any problems did occur he would get it sorted immediately. There wasn’t any issues due to the brilliant home he has provided for anyone lucky enough to stay here. Our holiday was a memorable one because of the perfect facilities and location the house provides. Wether you want a relaxing holiday or one full of activities you won’t be disappointed. We are already planning our next visit.

Really loved our stay. Had great comms with owner throughout who was very helpful. Perfect location. House was very spacious but also felt very cozy. Brilliant. Would have preferred a later check out as 10am was a little early but believe this is to be changed! Overall great !! 👍🏻

Beautifully spacious house with a lovely pool. And only a five minute walk to a secluded beach. Short cheap taxi ride to the bustling town with some cool bars with good food and music. Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday

Our family of 4 stayed at this delightful villa and it exceeded all expectations. It's located in a quiet and beautifully shaded area in Siesta Key thats walking distance to a tranquil beach with stunning sunsets. It's also only a short hop to the main village and public beach. The Villa is tastefully furnished and roomy with an excellent kitchen where we cooked many breakfasts and dinners that we enjoyed outside on the large balcony overlooking the pool. The kids loved the pool and grounds and the layout of the villa is perfect for families needing a bit of space to relax and enjoy their own thing. The Villa was our base whilst we spent a couple of days in Orlando enjoying the parks. In fact, we couldn't wait to get back to the Siesta Key and the villa which turned out to be the star attraction ! Couldn't recommend it more highly. Tim and Family

We had a wonderful time in this villa. It is such a nice and spacious house. The interior design is beautiful. The beds are very comfy and the master bedroom has its own large bathroom and a large walk-in-closet. We are a family of seven, 2 adults and 5 children (7,10,13,14 and16) and everyone in our family loved the house. The wifi is good and the house is fully equipped and also had foldable beach chairs that we could borrow to the beach. It is a 5 min drive to the main beach. We had a car but there are free taxis in Siesta key village you can call that will pick you up at the house if you want to go to the beach or the village, you just tip them. We used them a couple of nights when we went out for dinner. The pool is large, nice and clean. It was nice to hang out there after the beach in the afternoon. The owner was very helpful and nice, and answered our e-mails quickly and was concerned that we had a good time in his property. We can highly recommend this property and would love to come back sometime in the future.

We stayed here for a week in June and really liked it. Very spacious house, well equipped with all modern furniture. The pool was the best part. A large size with good shallow parts for the kids to enjoy. Would highly recommend and only a 5 minute drive to what's been voted best beach in America.
