We experienced a beautiful family gathering with all the things of home plus more. Carrie provided some things that I had intended to purchase upon our arrival. It was truly appreciated by the kids to have their own bed and bathroom plus the pool nearby. Family time was reflective and busy. The accommodations were excellent. At the end everyone was emotional because the time has gone by so fast and each group would be leaving going their separate ways. We were grateful/thankful for the quiet surroundings and southern hospitality.

We enjoyed our vacation to Atlantic Beach. I highly recommend this townhouse. Carrie was absolutely wonderful. The townhouse was perfect. We will definitely rent again.

Great property and very short walk to beach.

We have two young boys (2 and 6 years) and were looking for a quick escape for their Spring Break from school/daycare. We are natives of North Carolina and definitely jumped at the opportunity to travel once we saw Carrie's property! :) Another family from our sons' school also decided to travel with us and they also have two young children (also 2 and 6 years old). The layout of the property was perfect for us--we all had plenty of space, even when all on the first floor. We enjoyed the open living room with adjacent kitchen, which was perfect for remaining part of the fun while cooking/cleaning. :) The kitchen is well-stocked with measuring cups, plenty of pans, and the pantry was convenient for storing grocery items. The second flood had another bedroom and separate bathroom along with a children's bedroom with bunk beds and attached bathroom. This was perfect for the kids and for the other couple with us, who like to be close to their children while they sleep. We slept upstairs on the third floor, which had a nice balcony and spacious shower--very convenient for washing multiple children at once! :) All areas of the property were extremely clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find the pool open at the property, which is unusual for NC pools before Memorial Day--this was a real treat! The pool has a kid friendly, large step-down entrance into the water along an entire side of the pool at the shallow end. The beach is a short walk away (~ 5 minutes with the whole gang) and was very easy to access with several young children. Everyone had such a great time--we didn't want to leave! :) Carrie was very responsive to us and check in was very easy--the keyless entry was a nice touch. The home is also convenient to good activities for young children: the kids loved the Pine Knolls Aquarium (~10 minutes away) and the Shackleford Banks Wild Horse tour (~15-18 minutes away). We have no complaints and can't wait to return! Thank you Carrie for your willingness to share your beautiful property with others! :)

Carrie is an amazing host and her home was perfect for our family of 6! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and, most important of all, comfy beds!! The beach is right across the street and so easy to access, and the pool is steps away when you’ve had enough of the salt and sand. We had several family members staying in other units at the same complex and ours was, by far, the best! Thank you for a flawless weekend, Carrie!!

Spent New Yeats here with my husband and daughters family. The house is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed ( we cooked breakfast and dinner ) and ate out at lunch. Oh, the playground is just a few feet away.

If you’re picky about cleanliness, this is your place!! I rented this townhome for a weekend with my family and will definitely rent in the future. It’s very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. All bedrooms had beautiful private baths (this was a big win for my family). The owner takes care of her property and wants her tenants to be comfortable and it shows. No matter what I needed, I was able to easily find. The owner also made check in super easy and checkout instructions were one of the simplest I ever had to follow (which is also very appreciated when you’re trying to pack a family and toddler) Thank you Carrie for a wonderful experience!

Our first time visiting Atlantic Beach, NC Pine Knolls area. The home was immaculate. Short walk to the beach. The owner was very pleasant, Informative, and provided a home away from home atmosphere. The house was spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. I look forward to returning soon and hope the vacation home is available. I would definitely recommend.

Carrie and Brandon's Condo is a beautiful trilevel retreat away from home exceptionally stocked with everything you will need to be able to have a wonderful vacation! Tastefully decorated for your comfort. My sister and I along with my aunt, cousin and 2 of my sister's friends thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. From the spices in the cabinets, pool supplies, to the luxury towels your attention to detail made this trip very memorable. The location was perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and things to do! I would highly recommend. Look forward to coming back and staying again!

I can’t say one negative thing about this place. It is beautiful, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to the beach or the pool. Quick drive to great restaurants. Carrie was very accommodating and had great communication. I loved the small fenced area in the back. All patios had great furniture as well. Thank you Carrie!!!

This place was perfect for our family beach trip. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Lots of attention to detail and nice furnishings. It's a new development very close to the beach with a wonderful pool area and playground. Carrie was great to work with - good communication and help with local amenities.
