We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was so clean. Easy access to the beach and pool! We loved staying here and will be back again!

DON'T BOOK! From one family to another, avoid this owner and property manager. We booked M-Sat. We arrived Mon 4p. Tues, we found 1 live bug. Wed morn, we found 2 more. 3 live roaches in less then 10 hrs. 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the living room, 1 in the bathroom. We contacted owner who confirmed with his pest control company they were roaches. We left early Wed after cleaning the place per policy, we did not want our small baby around roaches. The owner offered to have the condo sprayed, we kindly informed him we did not want our child around that, and we did not pay 3,700 to stay in a place with live roaches. The place needed to be deep cleaned and sanitized as they carry disease. We have texts from the owner apologizing and stating he will refund us, however he refused to pay us ANY of our stay back once he got into contact with his property management company. Evolve offered us $90.00 back and stated we left on our own terms and it was our decision, belittling the fact that there were live roaches and unsafe env. After several hours, days, and phone calls we were able to get a total of 950 back from Evolve.30% of the cleaning fee +50% of W/TH/FR (the days we weren't on the property). Dissatisfied, we asked that they contact the owner. He continues to refuse to refund us any money. The little money refunded came from Evolve. AVOID THIS RENTAL! This is nothing short of theft, lack of empathy, and pure greed. Owner plays nice guy act,Evolve protecting so they make % on stay.

The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need to make meals at home! The view and sunsets were beautiful! I loved that I could walk to the pool with the kids if my husband had our vehicle- super convenient location with little kids. I could also walk to the ocean side easily with the safety crosswalk over the main road. We used the dock a lot more than I ever would have imagined. My kids cast net fished and my daughter played on the sandbar with sand toys. We hardly left the ocean club because there was plenty for us to do right there! Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of the bay from the back porch. There is about a 10 minute walk to the beach across the main highway.

This was the best property we've stayed since visiting Emerald Isle. The home was very clean, nice decor, and had everything we needed for my little one to play at the beach. We were able to go fishing with short walk to dock. The homeowners are amazing! I hope to make this an annual trip with this property.
