Beautiful place with a wonderful host! Very nicely decorated with Fully stocked kitchen making it great for longer stays! The beds are absolutely amazing! I’ve never slept better on vacation! The view is fabulous from both the balcony and the entrance (overlooking the pond) I’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed!

Overall, the condo was great for the price. I think it’s hard to find reasonably priced condos with an ocean view that are that close to the beach access. The condo itself is fairly far from the parking lot, so plan ahead when transferring luggage from the car to the condo. The view from the condo was wonderful and the proximity to the pool and beach was great. The kitchen utensils for cooking are slightly lacking, but definitely doable. Overall good experience

The absolute best getaway. The beach was gorgeous and a simple walk. We were able to park on our first day and not use our vehicle the entire trip because there is so much to do on site and walking distance. With two small children it was an amazing perk! The host were amazing to communicate with and everything was clean and comfortable! We can’t wait to go back!!

The condo was fantastic. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and awesome view off the balcony. The owners were great too - easy to communicate with and super friendly. We definitely would stay here again and if you need a place to stay we recommend it 😊 As for the property, LW is an awesome resort. Lots to do and see. Be prepared for the elevators though - the place gets packed and families need carts to haul their things which take up space and can cause some long waits.

Kathleen & Bob were the best hosts hands down. I’ve been on tons of trips and stayed in condos most of them, but never have experience such hosts that communicate with you right away! The condo was clean and spacious for a family of 6. The view was amazing and everything that we needed was walking distance. I enjoyed reading the book located in the living room full of different people around the world that has stayed and their adventures. Please read it when you first get there because it will give you ideas on where to visit if you haven’t already planned it out before arriving. We definitely plan on come back again and staying! 5 stars to the hosts, condo and location 😃😃

Check in - The process is smooth. The only issue we encountered was that there was only two elevators working. Security - Is top tier here and makes you feel safe. They take their job very serious. The Condo - The condo upon entry seemed cleaned and smelled nice. After checking the master bedroom bedding, there were stains on the sheets as if they hadn't been changed. Contacted the owner and she responded promptly with where to get more sheets. We didn't feel comfortable with doing that so we washed the bedding she advised us to get. The shower head in the guest bathroom looks to never have been cleaned and has black residue in it. The guest bathroom also had hair on the floor and on the sink. The living room is nice and very spacious. There was also hair on the floor by the couch. Everything is just has it is pictured. The kitchen needs more skillets. The pots and pans that were in the cabinet still had food on them as well as some of the silverware. Not sure if the cleaner doesn't check the items once they take them from the dishwasher but, it seems to be that way. The ice maker dispenser was dirty. The best part of the Condo for us was comunciation the owner provided/her promptness in getting things fixed and the view is amazing. I don't hold the owner responsible for the issues with the cleaning because, when you pay someone to do a job, you trust that they will do just that and most owners will never know if no one ever tells them and I would stay again.

This condo has top location by the beach with sea view, close to restaurants and entertainment as well as only 7 minute drive to state park for water and nature lovers. Condo is very specious, clean, well equipment and with nice decor. The complex is across the street to the beach, has 2 main pool with jacuzzi plus additional pool from the lake side. There is large balcony with nice sea view. The host is very responsive and helpful with recommendations about the area. We also did half day trips to Rosemary Beach and Seaside as those vacations destinations are short driving distance from Panama City and worth visiting as well. It is a great choice and I would strongly recommend it to anyone !

If you are looking for short, impromptu, & affordable trip to the beach this is it. While not directly on the beach it has a great view and is within a short walk to it, and close to all of PCB offerings. The room offers plenty of space, very clean, with a spacious kitchen and balcony. The owner, Kathleen, will make sure you have everything you need.

Great condo. Sunsets were amazing. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Walmart, Ripley’s and Wonder Works. Heated pool. Owners were great. Kids had a blast. Thank you Kathy. Unit 919.

We were happy with the accommodations, the location, the view of the ocean, the light show, and much more. The bunk cove with bathroom was especially a plus. We will if at all possible avoid bike week. Although we knew it was happening due to a family wedding we had no other choice.

The condo is really nice and clean. Floor plan is very nice and roomy. The balcony with the view of the Gulf is beautiful. The breeze from the Gulf is very nice to experience. We had a great time and this condo was a perfect stay for us. I recommend the condo because of the location and cleanliness and floor plan. Can’t beat the price either. The owners are wonderful folks too.

The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. The resort is in an excellent location near the beach and restaurants. The host is great with checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed. She even gave some great restaurant recommendations. You will not be disappointed with this rental

We had such a lovely stay here. Everything was so clean and cozy. The ac was on point! Kathaleen was always available with any questions or concerns. We definitely recommend staying here!

Kathleen & Bob was the most PERFECT host. They stayed in touch with us leading up to the trip and answered any questions we had. They were very informative about the property and all the rules that applied. (Parking, wrist bands…etc) They were always available when we needed them during our stay. We had an issue with the passcode to get in condo and she reset it within mins, another mishap with cable and she was calling to have someone come look into it then we realized it just needed to be reconnected to Wi-Fi. But she was going to make sure it got fixed right away. She even checked on us on our way home to make sure we made it back safely, and we’re still communicating via text after arriving home. We have definitely made new friends with them and we’ll be keeping in touch for years to come. I can honestly say she doesn’t treat you like a customer, she made us feel like family as well as making sure we felt like we were at home. The hospitality was amazing! The condo was amazing and had the most beautiful views of the beach, the city and the lake. The sunsets & sunrises were some of the most gorgeous we’ve ever seen. I could go on and on. When visiting Panama City beach again if her condo is available this will most definitely be our first choice. Thank you Kathleen & Bob for all that you did to make our stay one of the best we’ve ever had! (10 stars out of 5)

It was great. The Condo, had everything we needed. Very clean, with lots of clean sheets and white towels. The views were beautiful. Kathleen and Bob, owners, checked with us many times, to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Location is great, property manger was fantastic and always checking in with us. Cleanliness wasn’t the best but I just communicated that with the manager and she got right on top of that! Only down fall are the wait for the elevators.

Our stay here was enhanced by the view from our balcony which was a clear view of the ocean and out our bedroom window which was the water with fountains and decks. We had our grandchildren with us and the pool was definitely kid friendly which made it easy for the adults to sit poolside and relax. There were places along the pool area to get food and drinks. It was also an easy walk to the beach. The accommodations were spacious and beautiful. We cooked some and ate out some. We made good use of the washer and dryer even though we had plenty of towels! Thank you to the owners for making check in so easy and I loved the keyless entries and the fact we did not have to keep up with a key. I liked the fact we had to have the wristbands to prove we were guests and that the security was tight and only those who belonged there could roam the grounds. A great place to stay, rest, and vacation!

Hosts are wonderful with communicating on a personal level to make sure your stay is delightful before and during your stay. The private beach access was absolutely worth it if you have small kids, just a short walk across the street. Only true complaint was elevator access, it was very crowded and sometimes took up 20 mins to get an elevator to go up or down to our condo. But other then that great place to stay for a Panama Beach vacation experience!

Kathleen and Bob were great host. Took care of any concerns and questions quickly. Great communication right from the point of booking the condo. Condo is clean and has a great view from beach side and lake side. Spacious area for 6 people. Close to Walmart, shopping, restaurants, ice cream. Lots of pool options available at Laketown Wharf. Short walk across to beach. Kitchen has any utensils, pans, appliances you would need on vacation. The girls enjoyed watching all the giant turtles in the lake and trying to spot the alligator. I will definitely consider renting their condo again in the future. I do regret not renting the few extra days now! The only issue did not have to do with the condo itself. The elevators are cram packed with people so plan extra time when leaving to go somewhere. One elevator at lobby did not work all week. One by parking garage, did not work off and on. Many times, we had to wait 3-4 times before you were able to get on. I would still rent this condo again even with that issue.

The condo was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and clean with a wonderful view and balcony facing the beach. The pool amenities were phenomenal and well maintained. Kathleen and Bob were amazing hosts that constantly checked in to make sure absolutely everything was to our liking. Our one and only gripe was the elevelators. Every single elevator location had at least one elevator that was down. This made for a very long and uncomfortable wait for an elevator that wasn't jam packed. For those of us visiting the beach, this presented a problem as we had a cart for all of the beach supplies that we were hauling for a day at the beach. Too many times we had to hoof it up and down the stairs to avoid standing and waiting for an elevator that the 4 of us could get on. Be ready to get a work out in.

To Kathleen, Me and my family had a great time together in the beautiful place you provided us. We loved the fact that each and every amenity from small utensils to soaps and linens were provided. We did not have any trouble in the room. The room had a beautiful view of the see having perfect sunrise and breakfast in the morning. I am grateful that we had an owner like you of the condo. We will have a visit soon again! Thanks again

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed, spacious condo. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Also, Wal-mart is just across the street which made for an easy trip for supplies. Kathaleen is an excellent host and checked on us to make sure everything was in order.
