We were in town for a few days for business and pleasure and this house was the perfect fit for both. The house had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything fun in downtown Tomball.

I traveled to Houston for business and also had the opportunity to visit my brothers. The location was ideal, as it was in close proximity to both my family and major highways. The house itself was stunning with exquisite furnishings and tasteful décor. It comfortably accommodated the three of us and offered the perfect location. The weather was delightful and we spent much of our time sitting outside on the porch, enjoying each other's company. The property was immaculately maintained and the décor was flawless. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and stores to explore. Our host, Renee, was exceptional and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this option over any hotel.

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect. Our family had a meeting and some business to attend to in Houston, and the location and size of the property were exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we required for a comfortable stay. What impressed us the most was the care and attention to detail that was evident in every space. Every aspect of the house, from the furnishings to the decor, was well thought out and beautifully executed. The proximity to downtown and local restaurants was also a huge plus, making it easy for us to explore the city during our downtime. Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tomball.

This beautiful home was very clean, spacious, quite and in a great location. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had all your needs. The place was so close to everything.

This place is super cute and clean. The decor is great! The property manager was great to work with, I hope we didn't drive her crazy lol! We were there for our grandsons baseball tournament and if he plays there again, we hope to stay!

The property was cozy with a relaxing front porch. We especially appreciated the close proximity to antique shops and book stores.
The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a very good supply of towels in the bathrooms.
The hostess was very helpful and communication was easy.

Nearly Five Star
The house was clean with nice amenities and stocked with gracious supplies. The beds are comfy, parking great, neighborhood peaceful. With all of that, there were some negative aspects to our stay: mainly the back bedroom was very HOT (even when the air was turned down to 68, it was unbearably hot during the day in that bedroom); next the water in the showers is also very hot (my toddler could not handle it at all); lastly there are Velvet Ants in the yard (I know this is Texas and they are a part of nature just think that maybe a mention of their significance to potential guests who are not familiar with them is warranted). Otherwise, the house is great!

This sweet little cottage is in a shady neighborhood of towering trees right off of Main Street in Tomball, Texas, which turned out to be a great place for our weekend in Metro Houston. Renee is a wonderful host and communication was easy and very friendly.

We were in Tomball for my son’s baseball tournament and this house fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable beds, cozy family room, kitchen with all the essentials. Great location. We will be back in July and hope it’s available!

I would highly recommend this home for any and all baseball tournaments! The house is amazing, the host was more than amazing and the location was killer! Extremely clean and well-kept! I hope I have the opportunity to rent from Rene again

The cottage is perfect for a family of four or 2 couples including their fur babies. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It feels homey, airy, beautifully updated and decorated, and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked, and the couch is very comfortable. It is also close to downtown which makes its location ideal. Highly recommended!

A smartphone app easily locks/unlocks the door, where the home has everything needed for a few days or weeks away from home. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. There’s plenty of space for at least four people. Solid surface floors mean no chance to dirty or soil carpeting. Large screen TV and ceiling fans, dishes, pots/pans, microwave, etc. makes for a pleasant, convenient stay. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s plenty of space in the lot to get out and get some fresh air. Outside lights make driving up and taking the dog for a walk feel secure. Our stay was definitely relaxing and a good value! Thank you for having us as guests, Renee!

She even left a very nice dog bed and new dog toy for us! Check in was super easy (automated lock through app) and the beds were really comfortable. Loved the extra touch of including a binder of recommendations for our stay since we didn’t know the area well. Great weekend and we will definitely be returning!
