I do not feel this property was worth the price or was accurately described. It must have been staged for its photos because it is much more cluttered than the pictures. The house was full of dead ladybugs. The windows are large and had dead insects on them. The shower upstairs was not clean and had dried soapscum. The toilet paper in the basement had actual mold on it. Worst- because they did not leave anyone dish pods, all the dishes were dirty. Some of the glasses had lipstick on them and the plates/utensils had dried food. I guess people were just putting away their dishes dirty. I bought dish pods and left some so hopefully the next person does not have to hand wash all their dishes before they can use them. While we were there, water was leaking somewhere and saturating the carpet in the sunroom. I told the management company. There is no way I would have paid this much for a weekend at this property had I known.

We enjoyed the view and location. Only major complaint is that it’s time for the beds to be replaced!

This house had a great view and wonderful layout. The afternoons get warm so its best to enjoybthe property in the am and have your adventures (plenty to go and do) in the pm. Make sure your back in time for the Sunset above the clouds.

Fun Place

Our family loved the beautiful views and the comfortable space of this cabin. The location was extremely convenient to all that Mentone and Fort Payne has to offer. Easy check in process and very clean. We did not cook, but the cabin has anything you could possibly need to enjoy your own meals. We also noticed they had some neat game options in the closet and even disc golf and other outdoor options as well. We loved lounging on the three porches.
