This was not a good experience for us. The house smells badly throughout (cigarette smoke & urine.) The garage door is broken and nonfunctional. There was a cigarette butt under the bed and numerous by the front door. For the price, I would not recommend. This is the first negative VRBO review I have ever posted in many years of renting.

This was a family event. We traveled 7 hours to attend. This home was more economical than a hotel. It was close. It was clean. It served the purpose. Communication was clear, prompt and concise even when it could not accomodate my request for a 20 person seated cake reception for the grad. After arrival, seeing the layout, I understood the denial better. A few privacy issues discussed about window coverings should easily make this a cozy comfortable space for any family

I rented this house for it's proximity to my siblings houses. I needed a place to cook for Thanksgiving and a place that would be good for dogs. This was perfect! The property manager was responsive and helpful. She had the trash the previous renters forgot to curb picked up the day we arrived! We saw the Christmas light display located closely to this property as well. Very charming. And the garage was great for loading and unloading in the wee hours!
