Had a great visit. The home was exactly as described and was very nice and comfortable. The host was readily available and contacted me before I arrived to ensure we had what we needed to check in. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and we had an excellent stay. We will be back for this one.

The home was beautiful, clean, and perhaps the best stocked house I've stayed at -- spices, condiments, dishes/pots, toiletries, linens, etc. AND, the home is so conveniently located to hiking trails, pickleball courts, and other amenities.

Everything was very clean. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We were only two miles from Surprise Stadium where we were able to watch baseball.

The house was clean and had everything that we needed and some extras such as snacks & coffee. The bed was very comforatable and the neighbors were super friendly.
We will be back when the weather is warm to enjoy the pool!

I rented this house because it was near my mom and sisters house… I traveled down from Washington state to celebrate my 50th birthday and I rented a really nice sports car also… The car ended up being a waste because I never wanted to leave the house!!!! What an amazingly peaceful and clean house!!! The neighborhood was great …. definitely a five star plus property!!!! I will definitely stay here again!!!! The signed Steve Largent shirt was great!!! Lifetime Seahawks fan here!!!!
I will always be grateful for them sharing their beautiful home with me on my memorable birthday… If you’re having any doubts please rent it and you will not be disappointed!

We loved this property in Surprise. The two of us spend most of our time outside so having the pool, umbrella's, towels, different sitting areas, the TV where we could watch some Canadian Hockey games, was perfect for us. We booked this property because of it's dog friendly listing, and our dog Riley enjoyed it a lot. The house was clean, and had everything you needed and more, they do go above and beyond to provide little extras if you forgot something. The location is great in Surprise, close to groceries stores, shopping, golf courses and not far from Westgate. Hope to stay again sometime.

We loved this property in Surprise. We only had one issue! The light in the smallest bedroom did not work! Notified the manager the first day(and a few other days) but nothing became of it! Finally had to move a light into it! Otherwise a great stay!

The home worked well for us as it had everything anyone would need. Beautiful pool area with an orange tree and the open concept living space made it possible for relaxing conversation while watching college basketball. Will definitely consider renting the home again next time we’re vacationing in the Surprise area.
