Amazing views of water, stars are extra bright.

Great house and area, can’t wait to come back. Amazing views of canals and bay from deck. Quiet neighborhood, went on bike rides with zero issues. Prompt communications with host was very convenient.

This beautiful home is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. They have thought of everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed ourselves so much and absolutely loved the beach on Chincoteague Island. Highly recommend!

Nice community with lots of friendly people
This was our first time visiting Captain's Cove and it was very nice. Quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. Community has nice amenities. If you play golf, bring extra balls! House met basic needs and was in a good location. 5-10 minute bike ride/10-15 minute walk to Marina Club. 30-minute drive to Chincoteague Island. Upstairs shower has very low water pressure. Wifi was very spotty. If you need to telework, recommend you bring a hotspot. It should be noted that the house sways in wind and with people walking. Took a bit to get used to.

My family (six of us) enjoyed our short (2 night) stay very much. I was satisfied and would stay there again.
Two minor suggestions I would offer to the host: 1) Allow for dishes to be left in the dishwasher (clean) so that you can run it just before you leave. 2) Throw away the Keurig (look inside the tank for the reason).
But again, overall, we truly were pleased with the place and would recommend it to others!

Quick trip to the Eastern Shore-Amazing
Far and above, the cleanest home we have ever rented! We’ve been renting vacation homes for over 30 years, and you need to know, Octopus’s Garden was immaculate. It is a beautiful, quiet location in a fabulous boating/golf community on the Bay. Come here knowing that you are looking to get away because the location is remote, but ohhh, sooo worth it! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, there is a comfy King Primary suite, three other beautiful bedrooms, and the house is loaded with all the bells and whistles including a well stocked kitchen! (Yes, we did enjoy the Marina Club restaurant for dinner one night, sat on the porch and enjoyed our fabulous meal!) We loved every minute at Captains Cove in the Octopus’s Garden and hated to leave! Hopefully, we will be back!
