Location was very convenient to local attractions. Pools were well kept and pretty private. Many days we had the pool to ourselves and one was conveniently located right outside the condo back door. A few general maintenance issues would make this property even more appealing. For example, the toilet seat in the master bath is broken and the blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced, as there was no privacy if someone was walking by outside the bedroom window. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo had all we needed to be comfortable for the week.

Needs better clean,before rent next guess

Don't rent this VRBO if you have IBS or intestinal problems. Owner provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (I've stayed in other vrbos that gave you extra rolls and towels- I had to go to the store and purchase extra paper products) 1 hand towel per bathroom and for a family of four they provided 4 bath towels. Overall substandard stay with the bare basics. The couch was so uncomfortable and hard cushions - we found the couch cushions pushed in and folded inside the frame of the couch upon arrival. Beds satisfactory. TV was not working - owner responsive to trouble shoot problem - my husband fixed it. Patio furniture in poor condition. In our opinion, not worth the money. The cleaning fees outrageous and obvious the place was not cleaned or inspected properly. Bathing suit outside on patio and a bag of dog poop left on patio- Dots of mildew on fabric shower curtain in master bathroom. The grounds were very beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It appeared to have been freshly painted with new curtains. Perfectly located and we love being on the first floor with our puppy. Only negative is you can hear the people above you especially in the mornings which is just the way these units are built. As with all rentals there were a few little things that could have been better but overall we were very happy. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Had a wonderful time in a very clean and quiet environment. We felt extremely safe during our stay. We enjoyed the many attractions that were near by. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We appreciate you letting us stay!

Unit was as pictured which is always a good thing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook meals vs. having to go out every night, and the pool was literally in our backyard. The lock code was much easier than having to remember and carry around a key. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Location isn't close to the beach but was very convenient to the convention center and tons of restaurants and the grocery store. A bit of maintenance is needed on some minor issues but nothing that would keep us from staying there again.

Condo was roomy and beds were comfy. Loved the location. Having more than one pool to accommodate the buildings was perfect to avoid crowding. Great communication with check in details.

Great place! A little noisy with upstairs tenants, but overall clean and comfortable.
