This tastefully decorated and well appointed home is delightful. We found it clean and the hosts welcoming. Definitely a thumbs up and worthy of 5 stars.
Gold Canyon is just outside the fray and hustle bustle of Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler yet is is close enough to fine restaurants, shopping and the airport.

This tastefully decorated and well appointed home is delightful. We found it clean and the hosts welcoming. Definitely a thumbs up and worthy of 5 stars.

Feels Like Home
This was our second winter in this house. We spent 4 months this time and once again found it to be very spacious and comfortable for us and our guests. It is so well stocked - we really wanted for nothing and many extras are provided. Very thoughtful and gracious landlords. It has nice patio on both sides of the house where we enjoyed watching the birds and relaxing. We enjoy the people and activities of this 55+ community and it's a beautiful location.

This home is perfect for 55+ snowbirds. Very comfortable, well cared for and clean. We never wanted for anything that wasn't provided. The place quickly felt like home and had a comfortable guest room for visiting friends. We spent many hours on the covered patio in back watching the quail, hummingbirds and woodpeckers and also enjoyed a new patio on the front of the house. Loved the walk-in shower and large master bedroom with king bed and nice closet. Quality furniture throughout. Great location for exploring the valley. Mountainbrook is a quiet, friendly community. Owners were helpful and friendly.

The owner was helpful and very easy to work with. We enjoyed our three month stay and would like to return.
