Absolutely beautiful villa in the most perfect location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the heart of Seminyak. Broto greeted us upon our arrival and continually checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. My daughter had a birthday during our stay at the villa and our housekeeper Kadek surprised her with a beautiful flower arrangement in her room. His efforts and kind gestures did not go unnoticed. Kadek was very attentive and did an amazing job looking after us over our five night stay. I would highly recommend this villa to other families and we will definitely be returning to Villa Tokyo in the near future.

Villa Tokyo was a great home for our holiday in Bali. What we loved: beautiful design, very clean, main living areas (bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen) are enclosed and have split A/C units that work to keep things cool. Pool and garden area gets an ideal mix of sun & shade throughout the day. Great staff with regular pool maintenance and daily housekeeping. Internet works well. Location is solid, with beach, coffee shops, and lots of restaurants and bars are a quick walk. Know before you book: 1. Construction is going on next door (as of Nov/Dec 2023) but the work was mostly during days and didn't bother us. 2. Two of the bathrooms are not fully enclosed so they stay a bit hot/humid - but this is not unusual for Bali homes. 3. No ceiling fans in bedrooms (but all rooms have AC).

Awesome villa, great location (sadly building next door, but quickly responded to our request to stop work at night). Exceptional staff. Clean!! Would definitely recommend 😊
