Disappointed the pictures of the outside didn't quite match the actual house. Two beds out of the 3 was very uncomfortable. The floors I don't believe had been mopped in a while upstairs. We couldn't walk barefoot from shower to bedroom, feet was black. AC was either broken or wasn't big enough to keep up , because it was so hot.

We had fun in the city and loved closeness to Tower grove park. The home appears to be aged. No dishwasher, squeaky floors and stairs, few electric outlets. The most inconvenient thing was lack of curtains or blinds on clear glass bathroom windows and one of the bedrooms. We had no issues with air conditioning but second floor where bedrooms are was warmer than the ground floor. Check in was good with the lock pad code. There was no designated parking spot, so we had to park a bit away couple times.

The check-in process was smooth and the communication from owner/manager was very good. Window A/C unit on the upper level came in handy during our late June stay. Our kids enjoyed the big bowl of mints in the kitchen and the bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch, too. While there was never a moment we felt in danger, the location of this home may not be appealing to some. Our family appreciated being relatively close to the zoo and city museum. Smart TVs and Wifi were reliable!

This property is spacious, clean and accommodating (fridge was stocked with water, there were a ton of towels, etc.)! It is located in an up and coming area, within 15 minutes of many local attractions.

My sisters and I spent 4 days in St Louis and this house was perfect for us. The location was great, house is very clean and well kept, and it has everything you could possibly need. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were very comfy and with 4 females in the house, the 2 full bathrooms were a godsend! The host answers any questions literally within minutes, which is unusual these days. One thing to point out: this is an old home, and as such all of the bedrooms are upstairs. And the homes in this area are all narrow and tall, meaning lots of stair climbing. This wasn't a problem for us, but anybody with mobility issues should be made aware of the steep stairs. I'd definitely stay here again!

I have nothing but praise for this property and the property management. It was a charming little house in an awesome neighborhood, the managers were exceptionally easy to get ahold of and very communicative. I would very much recommend this house if you plan to spend some time in St. Louis!

The property’s cleanliness, location, and accommodations were outstanding. The management was great and responsive to all of my concerns and questions (responses given within minutes). The only issue I had was that the burglar alarm was set, so it triggered upon entry and I had no instructions on the alarm. Thankfully, I was able to reach management quickly and obtain the code. There were no other issues. In the future, the burglar alarm should be left deactivated or instructions should be included with check-in. Overall, I highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Our only complaint was the A/C was turned way up or off and the house, especially the upstairs, was very hot when we got there. We turned both the downstairs and upstairs A/C down and it took until the next day for the upstairs to cool enough to be comfortable. It would have been nice if the air was lower so the house was cooled when we checked in. Overall a very nice stay. :)

The two staircases was a hit with the little kids! They loved all the knick-knacks around the house!
They had a hose and a sprinkler for us to use for the kids. The only thing we had trouble with was checking in because the front door lock wasn't working but they refunded us for the night and we went to a hotel. We couldn't find any coffee cups but besides that the had anything/everything you would likely forget to pack!

Seems to be a lot of loud traffic right next door at the convenience store. Only sheer curtains in the upstairs bedrooms. No privacy. No break from the sunshine. Do not plan on sleeping in unless you bring an eye mask.

This place was a super location for both Washington U and ST. Louis University. Clean .comfortable , spacious and close to great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again and use vrbo for our future travels plans.1

Seems to be a lot of loud traffic right next door at the convenience store. Only sheer curtains in the upstairs bedrooms. No privacy. No break from the sunshine. Do not plan on sleeping in unless you bring an eye mask.
