We have a wonderful time and the house was really great. So much space for all 18 of us and we had empty beds!! We can’t say enough about the management company and how responsive they were. Dryer had an issue and they got it fixed within 2 hours! The driveway is steep but no big deal in the summer. The only thing I would say the house needed was a few more kitchen items. Like mixing bowls, mixer, etc. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property with 4 families totaling 19 people. The house is mostly as described with plenty of space for the 23 people it claims to hold. However, there is a long list of things that were sub-par at best. This house is in desperate need of some TLC: 1When we arrived at the property the refrigerator was not functioning. We had to locate the breaker box to flip the breaker and it began working. We had $800 worth of groceries for 19 people that had to be shoved into the basement refrigerator because the main fridge wasn’t cold. -The hot tub was non-functional on arrival. It was half full and the water was green. Property management did respond immediately and got it functioning enough for kids to use, but no adults were interested in using it after the state it was seen in on our arrival. -Floors were not remotely clean upon arrival. -The “fully stocked” kitchen did not have hot pads, mixing bowls, or anything extra other than pots and pans. The coffee maker is tiny and old for a house that size. -The main master bedroom had bugs in the bathroom, and the ceiling light and fan do not work. -We lost power for 24 hours during our stay. While trying to have a fire at the fire pit, a neighbor up the hill yelled at us that she would call the police if we did not extinguish the fire. We called the police ourselves and learned that there was no burn ban in place. -The deck is literally falling apart, nails popping up everywhere and wood splintering all over. -The fence by the fire pit was broken, and only half the lights on the fence work. -The bunk beds in the basement are falling apart, to the point where children had to hold steps still for each other to climb into their bed so the steps wouldn’t spin while climbing. -The description of the road leading to the home in the listing is accurate - it is absolutely falling apart and if you are driving anything not 4WD you WILL scrape your car in multiple places. -The garage door does not function properly. It catches at a certain spot and activates the safety mechanism, causing the garage door to go back up. Every time we left the house we had to push the button for approximately 5 minutes to get it past that spot. Very frustrating. Overall the property is a great layout for a large group, but for the price, it needs a lot of work.

A spacious property and family enjoyed Thanksgiving there. A few things missing- towel racks in bathrooms, handicapped bars in shower,; in kitchen, pot holders, mixing bowls, and cutting board; drive to property had big pot holes. We especially enjoyed a flock of turkeys grazing in front yard on Thanksgiving Day. Overall the family enjoyed the property very much and many special memories were made. Another note- I had trouble starting clothes washer. Called and someone was there to repair within 20 minutes. Very impressed!

Plenty of room for 20+ people. Access road to property awful. House was close to activities. Would not rerun because of horrible access road.. Dealing with Towns management. Called Towns on a Thursday to pick up trash . I was told she would contact crew and call me re pickup. As of Sunday no trash pick up for hen we left.

This is a clean, spacious mountain home with PLENTY of room for our large group. Two fridges, yay! TV every room, but whose watching with the beautiful mountains. Lots of bathrooms. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. It is up a steep driveway, but was doable with all our cars. In woods so no view, but hot tub and fire pit are nice. For AC upstairs to be comfortable, made it very cool/cold downstairs. Bring ice, food spices, oils, fire pit wood, mixing bowls. Some pillows need replacing. Overall, very pleased with this home.

We got there to the kitchen fridge not working. They were excellent in getting another one out for us to use. We had a very enjoyable time.
